ORDER

Now, on this 20th day of May, 2004, the court orders Dr. David Rodeheffer to disclose
any ami all reports in its possession, including Rikki Dombrowski, child of Hal
Richardson and Claudine Dumbrowski. Specifically, the Court requests infoffilation
,regarding Rikki's eurrent condition and functioning and any information Rikki may have
th
provided to Dr. Rodeheffer rcgliIding incidents that occurred on April 20 , 2004 and 011
April 26th, 2004.
Based on the statements of the parties, the court finds that said records are necessary
for resolution of the conduct of the proceedings in this case and that public disclosure is
required for resolution of the issues herein. Said records are to be released to Amanda
Smith, Court Services Officer, Third Judicial District Court Services, and are to be made
available forthwith upon receipt of this order.
