Being pregnant carries a great responsibility for
a healthy lifestyle. Almost everything you eat and
drink is passed on to your baby during pregnancy.
So it is important to not smoke or drink alcohol,

ensure you take a prenatal vitamin with folic acid.
There are many ideas pregnant women can use

Kegel exercises. These help strengthen the pelvic

stopping urine flow. Hold for three seconds, relax
for three seconds and repeat 10 times. Kegels
will help make your delivery easier and prevent
incontinence problems after the birth.
