for
NANO SOLAR HIGH ELECTRIC CURRENT, NANO-BATTERY and
WIRELESS TRANSFER OF ELECTRIC CURRENT
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
These three inventions are the beginning of a new industry combining
Nanotechnology with the potential to generate the highest volumes of electric
current in the world to meet the great market demand for Nano Solar High Electric
Energy, Nano-Battery and Wireless Transfer of Electric Current:

NANO SOLAR HIGH ELECTRIC CURRENT

Dr. Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxxx, a solar energy research scientist is the inventor of a combined
Solar Photovoltaic, Nanotechnology and Electromagnetic technology to generate direct
current electricity. This small compact innovative system uses an ingenious method for
capturing from the solar electromagnetic radiation spectrum - the negatively charged
electrons and positively charged protons and a quantum of high energy Photons even on
cloudy days and during full moon to generate high volumes of direct current (DC) of
electricity.

This invention has the highest solar cell energy conversion efficiency rate in the
world ranging between 90% and 95% due to the combination of two independent
systems involving the absorption of the electrically charged particles of Electrons
and Protons and the solar photoelectric effect to eject electrons using high energy
Photons to generate high electric current.

The key element for achieving this highest efficiency rate is the innovative system of
including Nanotechnology using the ingenious method of capturing from the solar
electromagnetic radiation spectrum, the electrically charged particles of Electrons and
Protons by incorporating porous and non-porous nano-particles and nanostructured
components comprising of nano-sensors, nano-detectors, nano transducers and nano-
particles of specific patterns with single and double strands for various technical
engineering processes to absorb from the solar electromagnetic radiation spectrum the
electrically charged particles of Electrons and Protons and the high energy Photons to
generate high volumes of electric current.

From the solar light spectrum, only colours of ultraviolet, blue and visible light with
wavelengths below 700 nm are allowed to be transmitted through the specialised glass top
surface of the Solar Modular Unit and because of their high frequencies above 430 THz
their photons are on the high energy levels to excite the electrons and eject them from
their atoms.

4
Kirti Mehta kirtmehta@gmail.com +91 98980 11245

The unacceptable infrared light of the spectrum identified as heat producing with longer
wavelengths ranging above 700 nm are reflected using special reflectors to avoid
undesirable heat build-up within the compact Solar Modular Units, as their photons are on
the lower energy side ranging below 1.9 eV unable to excite the electrons to escape from
their atoms. The infra-red portions of the spectrum of light are reflected into the
atmosphere to keep the Solar Modular Unit constant at low temperature.
A photon requires greater energy than the band gap (charge separator) to excite an
electron. The solar light concentrators made of porous nano-structured materials operate
by enhancing the transmitted photons into higher concentrated energy levels to increase
the intensity of the photon energy. The concentrated high energy photons are detected
by nano-detectors and directed by nano-sensors to the semiconductor solar cells for
absorption to create a photo-excitation effect as a result an increase number of excited
electrons are generated.
The Solar Photoelectric effect is reliant on a nano-engineering process using nano
semiconductor solar cells incorporated with porous and non-porous nano-particles and
nano-components with high efficiency and transparency to enhance the swift absorption of
most available photons loaded with quantum electromagnetic energy in order to liberate
multiple excited electrons from their atoms.

The command system uses nano-detectors and nano-sensors connected to the semi
conductors to detect the quantum energy intensity of the concentrated photons and adjust
the band gap (charge separator) to allow the concentrated high energy photons transfer
their energy to the electrons in order to increase the number of excited electrons and
liberate them from their atoms in masses.

The system uses multiple exciton generation solar cells where the high energy photon
excites a multitude of electrons while interacting with of a group of solar cells consisting of
nano-particles, nano-structured materials, sensitisers and dopants incorporated into the
nano-semiconductor solar cells to eject multiple excited electrons from their atoms thus
creating holes to generate direct current.

From the absorption of a single high energy photon, the multiple exciton
generation solar cells are adapted to release a multitude of electrons at normal
energy levels and as a result of this configuration a multitude of electrons are
created by the absorption of a single photon to generate high volumes of direct
current of electricity.
The photoelectric effect is formed through the process of negative-type nano-
semiconductors and positive-type nano-semiconductors by the introduction of
dopants into the nano-scaled components in order to produce electrons.

The process of doping is to introduce atoms with different valence mixed into the
nano-scaled negative type (n-type) nano-semiconductor solar cells and nano-
scaled positive type (p-type) nano-semiconductor solar cells to modulate their
electrical properties.
The photons are absorbed in the p-type nano-semiconductors and this process
frees up the electrons. The nano-structured materials are used to enable the
5
Kirti Mehta kirtmehta@gmail.com +91 98980 11245

photons with specific wavelength of light to tune and penetrate the nano-
semiconductor solar cells and be absorbed to free up the electrons using the
photoelectric effect.

During the absorption, the energy of the photon is transferred to the electrons. The
nano-systems linked to nano-sensors monitor the band-gap energy required to free
an electron from its covalent bond and the nano-techniques to control the band-gap
energy in order to free the electrons and become part of the electrical current flow
in a circuit.

The electrons and protons which are free contribute to electrical conduction and
allow the current to flow through the nano-wires to an external circuit to be
separately collected as direct current of electricity, the output power source of DC
Voltage.
This nano solar electromagnetic energy technology is the most advanced
system combining solar Photovoltaic, Nanotechnology and Electromagnetic
technology among the solar energy systems known commercially.

The Solar Photovoltaic modular units incorporating nano-designs, nano-systems

and nano-techniques are manufactured to create concentrated high electric energy
by the absorption of electrons and protons from the solar electromagnetic radiation.
This invention is reliant on Nanotechnology and nano-engineering systems and
nano-structured materials to generate high volumes of direct current of electricity.

Dr. Xxxx Xx Xxxxx is committed to develop a completely automated

Nanotechnology Laboratory together with a Photovoltaic manufacturing plant to
produce the most advanced nano-semiconductor solar cells and implement the
nano-engineering techniques to manufacture the compact Solar Modular Units,
Nano-Batteries and Wireless Transfer of Electric Power.

The principal focus is to establish a Photovoltaic and Nanotechnology laboratory

and manufacturing plant through the investment scheme to manufacture the most
advanced nano-semiconductor solar cells and become pioneers in the new solar
energy technologies of capturing the solar electromagnetic radiation spectrum with
its charged particles of electrons, protons and photons for generating high volumes
of electric power.

Nanotechnology is the processing, separation, alteration of material structure of
one atom or one molecule at nanometer scale. This invention has introduced an
innovative method in the manufacturing of Photovoltaic semiconductor solar cells
incorporating porous and non-porous nano-particles supplemented with nano-
components and nano-structured materials at nanometer scales used for various
processes and applications.
The nanostructure technology can significantly change material properties such as
special conductivity, transparency and quantum confinement effects.
Nanotechnology has been applied to the Nano Solar High Electric Energy
invention by introducing nano-thin film Photovoltaic semiconductor solar cells and
devices for various applications to increase absorption of the solar electromagnetic
radiation spectrum with its charged particles of electrons and protons and also
achieve higher efficiency solar cells to directly transfer the sunlight photon energy
into high electric energy for large scale production of direct current electricity.

Nano-structured porous thin films are used in the manufacturing of a multitude of

semiconductor solar cells at molecular nano-scale to provide easy accessibility for
penetration and absorption of photons. The system is designed to allow the nano
porous solar cells to transfer the photon energy in the colours of ultraviolet and
blue lights into the electrons in order to eject them from their atoms and move them
from the valence band to the conduction band.

Due to the introduction of porous nano-particle materials to achieve high

transparency, the semiconductor thin film of solar cells coated with a thin layer of
materials have exhibited a high photon energy absorption rating and a higher
Watt peak capability.
The specialised solar cells consisting of complex molecular porous nano-
components and porous nano-structured particles are designed with
different patterns of sizes and shapes to confine the electrically charged
electrons and protons within the transport chains. The various sequential
patterns of short and long chains that transport electric energy through
nano-wires as electrons and protons are adapted to carry through high
volumes of direct current of electricity achieving efficiencies between 90% and
95%. The following nano-particles made of a variety of materials are used in the
three inventions for various applications:

nano-ribbons, nano-belts, nano-spheres, nano-tapes, nano-springs, nano-
sensors, nano-detectors, nano-transducers, nano-DNA and nano-RNA.

The solar cell energy conversion efficiency rates of this invention have reached
higher solar energy efficiency levels in the range between 90% and 95% by the
specific calculation of the ratio of the electrical output of solar cells and the input
of the solar transmitted photon energy. The key element for achieving this high
rate is the innovative system of using nano-semiconductor solar cells with nano-
sensors and nano-detectors for various engineering applications.
The efficiency and uniqueness of this product will greatly influence the market
in terms of non-competitiveness, high efficiency and profitability of this innovative
electricity generating system.

This high efficiency power supply performance provides the

world with the most advanced system combining
Photovoltaic, Nanotechnology and electromagnetic
technology to yield the highest solar cell efficiency rate
between 90% and 95%.

The performance and efficiency of these innovative nano-semiconductor solar

cells used in this system depend on the solar electromagnetic radiation and
intensity of the incident sunlight to generate high volume of direct current of
electricity.
This invention is reliant on the nano-engineering process to produce nano-
semiconductor solar cells incorporating porous nano-particles and nano-
components with high efficiency and transparency involving nano-techniques to
enhance the absorption of the solar electromagnetic radiation including photon
energy.
This system integrates three sciences Photovoltaic, Nanotechnology and
Electromagnetic technology into a streamlined specialised manufacturing
processing system with the involvement of nano-designs, nano-systems and
nano-engineering techniques to create concentrated high energy photons.
To avoid heat build-up within the compact solar modular units, the unacceptable
colours of sunlight with longer wavelengths identified as heat producing red and
infrared light ranging above 700 nm are reflected using special reflectors as they
produce undesirable heat and their photons are on the lower energy side ranging
below 1.9 eV unable to excite electrons to escape their atoms.

The acceptable colours of sunlight with shorter wavelengths identified in the

ultraviolet, blue and visible light spectrum as being confined to wavelengths below
700 nm are transmitted as suitable because their photons are on the higher energy
side to excite electrons and liberate them from their atoms. The quantum energy
of a photon of blue light with a wavelength of 450 nm is 2.76 eV of energy.

From the absorption of a single high energy photon, the semiconductor solar cells
are adapted to eject multiple excited electrons at normal energy levels and as a
result of this configuration multiple electrons and holes are produced for the
generation of direct current of electricity. The three technologies were also used
in the manufacturing of nano batteries with high capacity energy storage system.

THE INTRODUCTION OF DOPANTS

A dopant is an impurity element introduced into a nano-semiconductor to alter

the electrical and magnetic properties of the substance in order to modulate
its conductive properties either as n-type donor or p-type acceptor.
By adding impurity atoms to a semiconducting material greatly increases the
number of charge carriers.
A donor is a dopant atom that when introduced into a semiconductor, it forms a
negative type semiconductor. An acceptor is a dopant atom that when introduced
into a semiconductor, it forms a positive type semiconductor.

19
Kirti Mehta kirtmehta@gmail.com +91 98980 11245
When a doped semiconductor contains mostly free electrons, it is known as an
negative type (n-type) and when a doped semiconductor contains mostly free
holes, it is known as positive type (p-type).

DOPANT TO CREATE THE NEGATIVE CHARGE

NANO-SEMICONDUCTORS

This computer automated production system is designed to control the quantity

of (donor) dopant introduced into the intrinsic semiconductor to modulate the
electrical properties of the substance with the primary purpose to create the
negative charge nano-semiconductors (n-type).

DOPANT TO CREATE THE POSITIVE CHARGE

NANO-SEMICONDUCTORS
This computer automated production system is designed to control the quantity
of (acceptor) dopant introduced into the intrinsic semiconductor to modulate the
electrical properties of the substance with the primary purpose to create the
positive charge nano-semiconductors (p-type).

THE ASSEMBLY PLANT

INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER CONTROLLED SCANNING ELECTRON

MICROSCOPE SYSTEM
The industrial computer controlled scanning electron microscope system is
designed to carry out the automated assembly processes under electron
magnification of the images to distinguish the porous from the non-porous
nano-products, allowing direct control of the nano-components.
The automated system is designed to monitor the final stages of assembly
by combining the required nano-components with the doped nano-
semiconductors to produce the two types of nano-semiconductor solar cells -
the negative charge nano-semiconductors (n-type) and the positive charge
nano-semiconductors (p-type).
The automated processing system is designed to control the quantity of
(donor) dopant introduced into the intrinsic semiconductor to create the
negative charge nano-semiconductors (n-type).
The automated processing system is designed to control the quantity of
(acceptor) dopant introduced into the intrinsic semiconductor to create the
negative charge nano-semiconductors (p-type).
Electron donors refer to nano-semiconductor solar cells that release the
excited electrons from their atoms after the photon energy had transferred
its energy to liberate the electrons thus creating free electrons.

20
Kirti Mehta kirtmehta@gmail.com +91 98980 11245
Electron acceptors refer to nano-semiconductor solar cells that acquire the
free electrons during the transfer from the electron donors leaving holes in
the valence band. A hole refers to the electron which reached the excited
state and was able to escape from its normal orbital position, leaving an
empty space behind called a “hole”
Sub-assembly
This sub-assembly division involves the sub-assembly section which is
accomplished through a series of visual detection equipments for identification
of each nano-component by using specified electron microscopes according to the
types of nano-semiconductor solar cells required for final assembly of conduction
bands and valence bands.

Final Assembly
This final assembly division is achieved through three phase integration
manufacturing processes using various equipments together with visual detection
of the nano-components including the Scanning Probe electron Microscopes.
This division is assigned to assemble through an automated processing system
the nano-components and the doped semiconductor to produce the intended two
types of nano-semiconductor solar cells - the negative charge nano-
semiconductors (n-type) and the positive charge nano-semiconductors (p-type).

The n-type nano-semiconductor solar cells are assembled through an automated

manufacturing process using a series of machines to incorporate the nano-
components into sequential arrangements in single and double strand molecules
using specified equipments for the adaptation in the conduction bands of high
mobility of free electrons.
The p-type nano-semiconductor solar cells are assembled through a separate
automated manufacturing process using a series of machines to incorporate the
nano-components into sequential arrangements in single and double strand
molecules by using specified equipments for the adaptation in the valence bands
of high mobility of holes.
The band-gap engineering system involves the implementation of nano-sensors
and nano-detectors designed to monitor the relatively high energy of the emitted
photons and modify the band-gap energy accordingly to excite multiple electrons.

The band-gap or energy gap refers to the energy difference which exists between
the valence band and the conduction band is measured in electron volts (eV).
For an electron to jump from the valence band to the conduction band depends
on the band gap requiring a specific amount of photon energy.
The Photon Control Programming Device with embedded intelligence is used
including the nano-engineering system which contains a signal coded command
centre adapted to automatically detect, adjust and direct certain desired functions
for the band gap to perform, according to the energy intensity and behaviours of
the concentrated photons.

21
Kirti Mehta kirtmehta@gmail.com +91 98980 11245
Through this engineering system, the adjustable band gap can be controlled and
altered to match the range of energies between the valence band and the
conduction band dependent on the quantum photon energy produced by the light
concentrator systems and required to free the valence electrons.

Final electronic testing

This fifth division is designed to conduct the automated electronic testing the
final phase of the n-type nano-semiconductor solar cells and p-type nano-
semiconductor solar cells through a series of testing equipment for the
assessment of consistency, transparency, rigidity, conductivity, high mobility
of electrons and holes, electrical properties and the overall effectiveness.
This automated final electronic testing process is conducted to detect any
anomaly in the sequential arrangement, the positioning of the nano-components
including the nano-sensors and the nano-detectors and the effectiveness of the
negative-type and positive-type of the nano-semiconductor solar cells and the high
mobility of electrons and holes.

WIRELESS TRANSFER OF ELECTRIC CURRENT

This invention is devised to transfer electric energy wirelessly to batteries, battery
powered devices, electronic equipments etc. from a long distance location without
the use of any cable nor a wall plug by implementing the Law of Vibration and
Nanotechnology processing applications of input, transmission, reception and load.
This new system incorporates nano-electromagnetic resonators and nano-particles
smaller than the wavelengths to transfer electric power through nano-engineering
resonators from longer distances between the wireless transmitter and receiver.
This wireless transmission of electric energy is achieved by the use of specific
nano-engineering techniques. The transmitted electric energy is converted through
nano-transducers back to electric power.

ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES!

Electromagnetic waves are created by the vibration of an electric charge. This

Vibration creates a wave which has an electric and a magnetic component. The
Mechanism of energy transport through a medium involves the absorption and
Reemission of the wave energy by the atoms of the material. When an
Electromagnetic wave impinges upon the atoms of a material, the energy of that
wave is absorbed. The absorption of energy causes the electrons within the atoms
to undergo vibrations. After a short period of vibrational motion, the vibrating
Kirti Mehta kirtmehta@gmail.com +91 98980 11245

electrons create a new electromagnetic wave with the same frequency as the first
electromagnetic wave.

Once the energy of the electromagnetic wave is reemitted by an atom, it travels

through a small region of space between atoms. Once it reaches the next atom,
the electromagnetic wave is absorbed, transformed into electron vibrations and then
reemitted as an electromagnetic wave.

SUMMARY

Nano Solar High Electric Current

Dr. Xxxxxx Xx Xxxxx has developed a combined Solar Photovoltaic,

Nanotechnology and Electromagnetic system to generate direct current of
electricity. This small compact innovative system uses an ingenious method for
capturing from the solar electromagnetic radiation spectrum - a quantum of high
energy Photons and electrically charged particles of Electrons and Protons even
on cloudy days and during a full moon by generating high volumes of direct
current of electricity. This new invention has the highest nano solar cell energy
conversion efficiency rate ranging between 90% and 95%. The key element for
achieving this high rate is the innovative system of using nano-structured
components and nano-particles comprising of nano-sensors, nano-detectors and
nano-transducers of specific patterns with single and double strands for various
technical engineering applications.

and nano-techniques are manufactured to create concentrated high electric
energy.
The compact modular units are manufactured in three sizes for solar power
generation systems in Kilowatts, Megawatts and Gigawatts at which direct current
of electricity are abundantly generated.

Dr. Xxxxxx Xx Xxxxx is now committed to establish a completely automated

Nanotechnology Laboratory together with a Photovoltaic manufacturing plant in
Sydney to produce the most advanced nano-semiconductor solar cells and
implement the nano-engineering techniques to manufacture compact solar
modular
units, nano-batteries and wireless transfer of electric power.

Nano Battery

This Nano-battery system relies on the combined Nanotechnology using porous

and non-porous nano-particles and nano-components and also Electromagnetic
technology. The system is devised to provide a high energy storage capacity and
far longer shelf life than any existing battery because it continually holds its high
charge capacity. This optimal nano-system incorporating nano-sensors and nano-
detectors allows for faster charge and discharge rate with increased energy
density
and higher power, using a monitoring flow control device connected to an internal
circuit board. Three technologies are used in the manufacturing of these nano-
batteries to produce high density energy storage capacity to handle high power
applications with no risk.

Wireless transfer of electric current!

Dr. Xxxxxx Xx Xxxxx has developed a wireless electric power transfer system to
transmit
electric energy wirelessly to power batteries, devices and electronic equipments
etc. from a distance of one kilo meter without a power cord nor a wall plug by
implementing a wireless transmitter and receiver processing applications of
input, transmission, reception and load.

This new system uses a wireless transmitter and receiver to transfer electric
power through the innovative nano-components which are structured with a
nano-engineering process to transmit high electric energy as electromagnetic
waves to the wireless receiver at longer distances using specific techniques
where the transmitted electric energy is converted through nano-transducers
back to electric power to be utilised by the consumer.

IN CONCLUSION!

The venture capital of $ 300 million will fund a project that will develop
a fully equipped automated Nanotechnology and Photovoltaic laboratory
and manufacturing plant with all the necessary machineries, tools,
equipments, electron microscope magnifications and instruments
to !!
produce 50,000 compact Solar Modular Units per month. Each unit will
be supplemented with an inverter, a charge controller, two nano-batteries
and a wireless transmitter, a wireless receiver and an antenna to
transfer electric current.

THE PHOTOVOLTAIC EFFECT! CONVERSION OF

PHOTONS TO ELECTRIC CURRENT

When photons with shorter wavelengths from the incident sunlight

are transmitted through the glass top of the Solar Modular Unit, the
semiconductor solar cells absorb the photon energy and transmit
to
the electrons, the reaction causes the electrons to be excited and
be
liberated from their atoms. The liberated electrons then jump to
the negative (N-type) semiconductor, thus creating holes in the
positive (P-type) semiconductor, creating a flow of electric
current.

THE BAND GAP!

THE CREATION OF ELECTRONS AND HOLES

The system uses multiple exciton generation solar cells where the high energy
photon excites a multitude of electrons while interacting with of a group of solar
cells consisting of nano-particles, nano-structured materials, sensitisers and
dopants incorporated into the nano-semiconductor solar cells to eject multiple
excited electrons from their atoms thus creating holes to generate direct current.

THE ENERGY BAND GAP!

45
Kirti Mehta kirtmehta@gmail.com +91 98980 11245

THE BAND GAPS! THE CREATION OF

ELECTRONS AND HOLES!

From the absorption of a single high energy photon, the multiple exciton
generation solar cells are adapted to release a multitude of electrons at
normal energy levels and as a result of this configuration a multitude of
electrons and holes are created by the absorption of a single photon to
generate high volumes of direct current of electricity.
The command system uses nano-detectors and nano-sensors connected to
the semiconductors to detect the quantum energy intensity of the
concentrated photons and adjust the band gap (charge separator) to allow
the concentrated high energy photons transfer their energy to the electrons
in order to increase the number of excited electrons and liberate them from
their atoms in masses.
The efficiency of the photovoltaic effect depends on the balance between
generation, recombination and carrier transport to the space
charge section and the ability to separate both types of carriers
effectively.
