1 Install Net Meeting on PC
1.1 If PC has Windows XP.

Click on “START”.

Then click on “RUN”.

Click on this
Once on command line you will type command “conf.exe” and press ENTER
key.

This will initiate the installation in which you will need to answer some
questions. Note the following screen shots….

Click “NEXT” to continue.

Fill in your personal details.

After information has been filled in, click “NEXT” button.

Leave this information as shown below.

Click on “NEXT” button to continue.

Select the communication mode from the options given:

After selection is complete, then click “NEXT” button to continue.

Click on the preferences you wish to have.

Click “NEXT” button to continue.

Click “NEXT” button to continue.

Depending on whether or not your PC has speakers or not you can run test to
determine audio volume.

Click “NEXT” button to continue.

Vilden will not be using this feature. But, if you have a microphone
connected to your PC, you can set the recording volume.

If no microphone is installed on your PC and you click next button, you will
receive the below screen.

Click “NEXT” to continue.

 If you wish to come back later alter/enhance settings, note below instructions.

This completes the installation and puts the NetMeeting icon

on the desktop.
After you have clicked the “FINISH” button you may receive a Security warning
(sample screen below).

If you receive above warning, make sure and click “UNBLOCK”.

1.2 PC with Windows 98, 2000 or NT

If PC does NOT have Windows XP, please use the following link to use the
Microsoft web site for download and instructions:

2 Setup to connect to Vilden sponsored meeting

To join a Vilden Associates, Inc. sponsored meeting, perform the following.

If NetMeeting is not already open, click on the NetMeeting icon on your PC

desktop.

Once NetMeeting is opened, you see following screen.

To join the meeting you must type in the IP address of “12.135.148.18”. This
must be entered into the call window (note arrow #1). Then click on the “Place
Call” button (note arrow #2). This will then attempt to connect to Vilden
Associates, Inc.

Vilden will then receive “incoming call pop up window” on screen. As Vilden is
the “host” of the meeting. NOTE: Vilden must have started NetMeeting on their
side as a “HOST” of the meeting. Make sure you coordinate timing with Vilden
meeting representative.

Vilden will then “accept” and this will allow you to connect to the Vilden meeting
session.
