What challenges has your organization faced in The organization is an evolving, continuously gaining insights from
the past three years? experiences from implementation of interventions. Since we are a grass-
root level organization depending upon the funding from donors,
mobilizing resources is always a challenge for the organization. The
location of our project sites poses another challenge for recruitment and
retention of qualified and competent team members. Thus, the majority
of the team members are multitasking and trained to perform varied roles
in the organization. While the organization is extremely credible and has
community mobilization as one of the strongest areas, there are few
challenges which are being faced at the project management level:

• Use of technology for impact documentation and measurement

• Communication tools and techniques for enhancing visibility

• Development of self - sustainable models
