WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF

TRADESMAN MATE YEAR 2017-18

1. Please refer your Online application in response to Employment Notice No 257N3423 dt 16 Dec 2017.
2. You have been shortlisted for Common Entrance Exam (Written Test) of subject recruitment for the post
of Tradesman Mate. Your short listing is provisional subject to fulfilling all laid down criteria.
3. The schedule of written exam is as under :-
(a) Date of Exam : 22 Sep 2019.
(b) Reporting Time : 0500 hrs.
(c) Reporting Venure : Parking Area outside main gate of Thapar Stadium, AOC Centre, East
Marredpally, Trimulgherry-PO, Secunderabad, TS-500015.

4. The following important instructions kept in mind during the examination :-
(a) Arrive at the examination venue at least 30 Min before the reporting time.
(b) Kindly see the seating plan at assembling area as per your Index No.
(c) Carry your own stationary i.e clip board, black pen etc for marking of OMR sheets. No stationery
will be provided during the examination.
(d) No Electronic Gadgets, Calculators, Smart Watches & Smart Phones are permitted in the
examination hall.
(e) You are required to comply with the directions given by the head invigilator at the examination
venue.
(f) You are not permitted to leave the exam hall during the entire exam duration.
(g) You have to go through the biometric verification process prior to the exam.
(h) You have to check your personal information and sign on the attendance sheet prior to the exam.
(j) Your examination will be conducted in objective type questions and to be answered on OMR
Sheets. No fresh/second OMR sheets will be given to the candidates if OMR sheet spoiled during the
examination.
5. You shall be in possession of the following in original at the time of reporting to the test conduct
centre:-
(a) Original Call letter issued at the time of your physical test.
(b) Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Passport.
(c) 3 Passport size photograph (same as the one put on your application form).
(d) Discharge Book, Ex Servicemen I-Card (for Cat ESM)
6. The Government of India through the Ministry of Defence and the conducting unit does not take any
responsibility to reimburse any financial expenditure incurred by you for travelling, lodging and food while
attending the test.
7. Candidates found indulging in unfair means and initiating contact with unit personnel/any agent during
any stage of the various tests will be disqualified forthwith from the recruitment process.
8. Issue of this email does not imply to selection to the post.
9. You will be under the All India Service Liability with regard to employment if selected.
