4.Is the substances used at work are safe or without imminent risk ! (Ex: Free from radio
active materials and toxic substances )

5.Is the safe system of work Implemented and maintained ! (Ex :Permit to work control
procedures )

6.Is the persons are competent and properly trained !

7.Is the sufficient level of supervision provided !

8..Is their any presence of vulnerable people ! (Ex : Color blindness, wheel chair users ,
etc. ), Do they have sufficient level of provisions to manage risk ex : Special emergency
plan.
