Compromise Agreement
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY have come to a
mutually beneficial agreement to put an end to the forcible entry and
damages case.
(The First Party and the Second Party shall be collectively referred
hereto as the “PARTIES”)
1. The SECOND PARTY agree that the subdivision lot no. 17 with
an area of THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN (315) SQUARE METERS, more
or less, will be exchanged in favor of the FIRST PARTY’s subdivision lot no.
18 with an area of THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN (315) SQUARE
METERS, more or less.

deg. 55’ E., 15.00 m. to point 3; thence S. 5 deg. 05’ W., 21.00
m. to point 4; thence N. 24 deg. 55’ W., 15.00 m. to the point of
beginning; containing an area of THREE HUNDRED AND
FIFTEEN (315) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”
6. The FIRST PARTY shall pay for the capital gains tax,
documentary stamp tax and transfer tax.
8. The Tax Clearance for 2018 and 2019 shall be secured by the
FIRST PARTY.
