One method of engagement of the Students Development is that of student leadership.

Buting Senior High School’s Leadership Training Program is organized to provide the
necessary activities and training to cultivate and practice students who possess the mental and
physical ability and the moral and ethical integrity expected of a genuine leader. It
incorporates a variety of learning contexts. Hands-on workshops enable students to acquire
practical skills, and learning groups provide a setting in which to interact, integrate and apply
classroom content. Corporate discussions and panels encourage a creative Atmosphere for
developing innovative concepts and programs. As a final report, each student develops a plan
to implement their vision for a new mission project.

It is with pleasure and great excitement that we extend this invitation to you to attend
our Leadership Training Program to be held on September 6, 2019, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, at
Buting Elementary Gymnasium. We look forward to your attendance and pray you will join
us to share this great blessing of our Leadership Training Conference.

1. To embed in the culture of Buting Senior High School active participation of students
by providing them interactive and experiential activities that will enhance their
