Which workforce/entity
would I be joining?
The entity that you will be joining
is mentioned in the offer letter that
was sent out to you. If you still have
further questions, please reach out to
your recruiter.
Which client will
I work for?
Client details are confidential.
You shall know about your
project details when you are on
board with us. However, you
will get a brief description of
your role from the recruiter.
What software will I
use during my work?
You will use client specific
software / tools for which you
will be provided training.
I have misplaced my hard
copy of the offer letter,
where can I get a copy?
Keep it safely!! But in case you have
lost it, you can get in touch with
your recruiter and a new copy of
the letter will be issued to you.
When do I report in
for joining? Which
facility do I report at?
The date, time and facility of joining
will be communicated to you by
the POC (Point of Contact) in the
recruitment / Onboarding team
approximately 6 days before joining.

Who is my POC (Point
of Contact) on the first
day of work? What shift
am I working on?
The onboarding team will share the
details of the business PA support
for the deal/project, who will be
your POC (Point of Contact) for
initial few days of your joining.
The shifts will be communicated
to you by the same person.
What is the status of
my Background Check?
The status of your background
check will be communicated to
you by the recruitment POC (Point
of Contact) before onboarding. In
case of post onboarding background
check status, your HR will proactively
inform you in case of discrepancy.
Do I have to clear
drug test also?
If your client requirement includes
drug test then you will have to clear
it. The concerned recruiter will inform
you on the steps and procedures.
For how many days can
I avail accommodation
during transit as a part
of my relocation?
Transit accommodation would be
provided by the Company to an
employee for a period of up to
13N/14D days, starting one day prior
to the date of joining at its designated
Service Apartments / Hotels. You can
inform the onboarding / recruitment
team on your requirement and they
will help you with the booking.
Can I avail company
accommodation for
more than 14 days?
In the unlikely event of an
employee overstaying in the transit
accommodation, the employee would
have to bear the charges as applicable
and specified by the Company.
This is subject to availability in the
accommodation provided to you.
If I don’t want to
avail company
accommodation, can I
reimburse the amount
for my outside stay?
Accommodation other than
Accenture guesthouse cannot be
claimed or reimbursed. You can avail
company provided guesthouse.
How do I claim my
relocation amount?
All relocation expenses, duly
supported by original documents
and attested by the concerned HR,
need to be submitted within the first
six time report submissions from
date of joining. Copies should be
sent to the Project Manager for cost
tracking. The expenses claimed after
the first six time report submissions
(3 months) will not be reimbursed.
Am I eligible for
a per diem?
You can contact your HR spoc on the
per diem amount you are entitled
for and claim accordingly, till your
stay in Accenture guesthouse.
Will I get transport
on the first day of
joining Accenture?
You will have to make your own
arrangements on the first day of
joining, post which this will be taken
care by the transport POC (Point of
Contact) or your supervisor. Please
keep them informed on your schedule.
In case a cab is not authorised you
may reach out to the nearest Work
Place Help desk who will be able to
help you with the update route list
of the shuttle services which can
be availed.
If I work in night shifts,
will I get a security escort?
For women employees working
between 1900 hrs – 0600 will get a
security escort till your door step.
How do I get a Provident When will my Joining
Fund account? Bonus get credited in
Provident Fund forms are provided my account? How much
during onboarding formalities and amount am I eligible for?

Is my joining

Provident Fund account?
Yes, joining bonus is taxable.
How do I get the
money transferred?
Provident Fund transfer form has
to be filled and submitted to the
Finance team. The forms are available
on the Allsec website. You can
also drop a query on “my request”
in case of specific questions.

How do I apply for

a bank account?
Post completing onboarding
formalities, Onboarding POC (Point
of Contact) will provide contact
details of all the banks associated
with Accenture. You can choose one
and contact the bank personnel.

How do I update my
Permanent Account
Number (PAN) details? Is
it important to update?
You can update your Permanent
Account Number (PAN) details in
the Allsec website. Your will have
to bear the burden of additional
tax deduction as per Finance
guidelines in case Permanent
Account Number (PAN) details are
unavailable on the Allsec website.
