I. OBJECTIVES Day 1
A. Content Standards The responsibilities and accountabilities of entrepreneurs and
accountabilities of entrepreneurs toward the employees,
government, creditors, suppliers, consumers, general public
and other stakeholders; major ethical issues in
entrepreneurship (basic fairness, personnel and customer
relations distribution dilemmas, fraud, unfair competition,
unfair communication, nonrespect of agreements,
environmental degradation, etc.)
B. Performance Standards The learners shall be able to explain the different models and
frameworks of social responsibility
C. Learning Competencies The learners will cite examples of companies that practice
social responsibility in the conduct of their business.

C. Presenting Based on the answers of the students, the teacher will present
examples/instances of the the different models of csr and ask the students to align it in
new lesson accordance to their answer and the sample company.
