Important Terms & Conditions:

 The above mentioned rates are valid from Today till further notice.
 The above mentioned rates are non-commissionable.
 The above mentioned rates are for single / double occupancy.
 The room rates are on Non Last Room Availability Basis (NLRA).
 The above room rates will not be valid during any National / International events or Cultural activity in the city,
rates for that particular period will be communicated to you upon request.
 Please note that special rate will only apply when the reservation originates in writing on official letter head.
Any direct reservations by the guests or through a travel agent not mentioning the company name shall not be
entitled to these special rates and no adjustment can be made.
 Check-in time is 1400 hrs. & Check-out time is 1200 hrs. Early morning arrivals, or prior to check-in time room
will be held from previous night and will be charged accordingly.
 Request for late check-out can be extended till 1500 hrs. (Subject to availability) after that will be charged
accordingly as per hotel policy.
 Guaranteed reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, failing which first night no-show charges
will be applied. For non-granted booking room can be held till 1800 hours only.
 All invoices must be settled before checkout, unless prior credit arrangements are agreed.
 In case of NO-SHOW against confirmed reservations one night charges will be billed.
 Dreamland Hotel reserves the right to change the rate or withdraw any of the facilities without prior notice.
Special Note
 Above room rates are quoted on per room per night basis and are subject to Government applicable taxes,
are subject to change with government order.
 Room rates for Seminars, Conferences or Block Bookings for more than 10 rooms will be quoted on
a case-by-case basis and may vary from the above special rates.
Credit Arrangement:
This Corporate Rate Agreement does not automatically provide credit facilities to your company. However, should
your company require a credit facility, please contact our Sales or Credit Manager for details.
Booking procedures:
All room reservations have to be made in advance.
