Greetings of Goodwill and Peace!

We, the ARK DRÁKŌN of Negros Oriental, a dragon boat team comprising of students and
young professionals, aims to compete with a strong finish, promote the beauty of the sport as
well as the culture within it. Furthermore, in order to develop our skills that could help our team
maximize the impact of training and become proficient in the said sport, facilities and venue for
practices is a necessity.

In this regard, we would like to ask permission to your good office to please allow us to use the
Lorenzo G. Teves Memorial Aqua Center every Thursday at 6 to 7 in the evening, and the dragon
boat every Saturday and Sunday at 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
