“A Fund Generating Project of the Organization”

Background
Brimerian Echo operates as student body that helps the school to make meaningful activities for
learners. Further, this organization is now hosting almost all school celebrations and community-related
projects. Financial resources are the blood of one organization and to support its continuous
improvement and activities. We, the Governing Committee of Brimerian Echo in consultation to Panel
of Advisers – Brimerian Echo, present this proposal to let us implement:

a. Collecting, segregating, and storing plastic bottle, used papers or any recyclable materials;

b. Selling the said materials in our properly coordinated junkshop;

c. Placing separate trashcan for the said materials in each classroom.

This project is not only for generating funds for Brimerian Echo, but also, part of much broader project
of the organization named as “Clean and Green Program”.

Objectives

 To generate funds for Brimerian Echo;

 To help the school in making its trash more productive and useful;
 To educate learners for proper waste disposal and segregation.

Scope
This project is expecting to generate at least 500.00 pesos per month less all the expenses of its
implementation. It will involve learners, canteen personnel and teachers in its collection stage. This
project set delimitation of material type:
1. Expected Scraps to be sold:
*Used office documents (except from papers with confidential content)
*Used papers of learners
*Used plastic bottle (such as drinking bottle)
