Dear Ma’am:

Greetings! For your “sign and sealed requirements”, I am pleased to submit herewith the proposal for the
structural engineering services for the above project.

Scope of Services

Submission of signed and sealed documents stated below .

Implementation of Services

1. The Client shall provide to the signing engineer all required documents (e.g. architectural plans,
necessary as-built plans, etc.) so as to enable to consider all limitations that may affect the design.

2. Structural Drawings to be provided by the signing engineer shall be issued for the purpose of getting
permits, clearances and other government approval(s) only and shall not be treated as “as-built” plans.

3. All Structural Drawings, Design Calculations and Technical Specifications shall become the property of
the signing engineer, and cannot be used as a part of any other design or bid package, or for any purpose
other than that covered by this proposal.

4. The signing engineer shall not be liable with any deviation of the structural drawings with the as built
plans and the actual constructed structure.

5. Other scope of services not specified above shall be subjected to a separate proposal.
Professional Fee

For and in consideration of the performance by the signing engineer of the scope of services
above, the consultants shall be paid a ffee equivalent to Fifteen Thousand Pesos Only

(Php 15,000).
