 GENERAL DIRECTIONS

Make a Reaction Paper about the 4th State of the Nation Address (SONA) of our
beloved President Duterte. His SONA will be delivered on Monday, July 22 at 4
pm. Every Grade 9 learner who has ARALING PANLIPUNAN 9 subject is
REQUIRED to watch and witness the SONA on that day.

Here are the things that you must do and prepare in your reaction paper:

A. PERSONAL REACTION:
 Provide three (3) key points or highlights about Pres. Duterte’s Legacies that
you fully affirm and agree on ( that will be mentioned in his speech in any
sector of the government, e.g. Health, Education, Transportation,
Communication, National Defence, etc.). Elaborate or further explain your
stand.

 Provide three (3) key points or highlights about Pres. Duterte’s Legacies
that you want to disagree in any government sectors. Elaborate or further
explain your opinion.

B. SUGGESTIVE REACTION:
 Give and suggest three (3) other things on Pres. Duterte’s legacies and 4TH
SONA that you think need further improvement or the government needs
to give focus on the last quarter of his term especially in the Economic
sector. Explain why you made those suggestions.
