Leadership Experience
Color Guard Commander (August 2017 - Dec 2017)
For this position I was responsible for leading and training a team in the procedures of color
guard, as well as performing at local events on multiple occasions. The most common event
performed were home foot ball games at USM. This taught me ownership amongst other things
when leading a group of people to accomplish something.

Field Training as GMC (General Military Course) (June 2018)


Squadron Commander during scenario, leading 58 cadets to complete an objective.
Earned Distinguished Graduate by placing within the top 5 percentile of encampment (23/414
Trainees). Earned Warrior Squadron award by being apart of the top ranked Squadron in the
encampment (1/8)

Bravo Flight Commander (August 2018 - Dec 2018)


Tasked with training cadets in drill, academics, and other objectives. Responsible for their
conduct, appearance and morale. Trained individuals in the flight to complete a 30 count drill
sequence in order, using only their memory and with no errors.

Operations Group Commander (January 2019 - May 2019)


Supervisor for Academics Officer, Physical Fitness Officer, and both Flight Commanders.
Responsible for planning quality training for both flights and meeting all objectives. I was
responsible for drafting, editing and revising multiple documents on a daily basis, as well as
being the primary individual running training.

Field Training as a CTA (Cadet Training Assistant) (June 2019 – July 2019)
Place within the Division for instruction, I was responsible for instructing material, facilitating a
rated scenario, and working with my team on additional duties. A large part of this role was
mentoring and instructing the trainees, affording me valuable experience in leadership and
teaching.
