Specific if you work in big company in this day's all individuals can make a single decision that

can have a profoundly positive or negative effect on their families, employers, coworkers and

even on the entire life. All of us our ethics are different for each person but for the most part,

people want to be known as a good person, someone who can be trusted, and he or she are

concerned about his or her relationships and personal reputations. What are the personal ethics

and where does came from? Ethics are the rules of conduct we decide to live by can be cultural

or non-cultural. They are moral rules, though not necessary laws. Business ethics are the same as

personal ethics as well.

The connections between personal ethics and accounting I think the personal ethic and

accounting ethic are the same thing. But there can be significant differences in how they are

applied and when they are express. Both are moral behavior the business ethic codes are little bit

different than personal ethic codes but they quite a bit similar.

Business ethics relate to your behavior at your work place how you act, Personal responsibility,

how you treat you coworkers, your loyalty and accountability.

And personal ethics are the things you used in you moral like your culture, how honest you are

with others and Friendliness.
