• Section 3.06 concerning water service to the Town of Bel Air

was revised. The water reservoir for the Maryland American
Water Company has been completed and the text was
revised accordingly.
 Map 3-1

• Map 3-1 “Maryland American Water Service Area” was adjusted to indicate the
commercial portion of the proposed Bel Air Overlook subdivision will be served by
Maryland American water system and the residential portion of the development will
be served by Harford County water system.
 Chapter 3

• Section 3.13 “Proposed Developments” was updated to

remove projects that have had their utility installation
completed. New projects with Preliminary Plan approval
were added to this section.
 Table 3-1

• Table 3-1 Planned Developments has been updated to reflect the approval of
new projects and the completion of other projects within the last 6 months.
 Chapter 3

• Table 3-3 was updated to indicate the number of

connections to the County system during the 2017-2018
fiscal year as well as the consumption associated with those
connections. The data concerning the projected connections
through year 2035 were also updated.

• Table 3-8 “Planned Capital Water Projects” was adjusted to

update several capital projects.
 Chapter 4

• Table 4-2 “Planned Capital Sewerage Projects” was adjusted

to revise the timing of one existing planned developer
funded project & to remove one completed project from the
City of Aberdeen.

• Table 4-5 which shows the capacity of each of Harford

County’s sewage pumping stations was revised to update
the current flows into several of the stations and their
reserve capacities were calculated.
