means building new positive habits, and changing one's behavior and attitude. It is a way to make
ourselves better and happier people. Self-improvement usually starts with mindfulness of
ourselves and our behavior, and the want to improve and transform ourselves and our habits.
Self-improvement is the study and practice of improving one’s life, especially our career,
education, relationships, health, happiness, productivity, religiousness, and other personal goals.
Common features of self-improvement include goal setting, motivation, changing habits,
improving awareness, identifying one’s values and beliefs, and self-actualization.
Self-improvement has never been more alive than today. Ever since humans first became
conscious they have been in search of happiness and satisfaction.

Conclusion:
The aim of self-improvement is to become so allowed that you remove the power of fear from
your life of fear even when fear remains hidden in the background it is so over ridden by your
sense of empowerment you feel the fear but are compelled to move forward any way.
