Part # 041724 has been added to mount the hydraulic tank to. It is secured to the frame of the unit with (2)two F05010-10
and (2)two F05007-118. The hydraulic tank is secured to the bracket with (2)two F05007-118, (2)two F05011-3 and (2)two
F05010-10. The hydraulic tank is secured from the top with (1)one 041723. It is secured to the hydraulic tank with (1)
F05007-118 and (1)one F05010-10. It is secured to the ROPS using the exsisting hardware. With this change, the fitting
on the rear of the hydraulic tank has been changed to 028365.

Wheels are shipped unlubricated from the factory. Insure proper lubrication, bear-
ing preloading, and torque specifications are met. Use Loctite on all bolts. (See
Technical Bulletin SB-0149)
For item 1, it is possible to have a 5/16-18 nut. Please check the hub studs before
ordering new nuts. If the studs are 18 pitch, order nuts F05010-17 and lock wash-
ers F05011-13.

Manufacturers’ Warranties

WARRANTY
Limited Warranty
Warner Electric warrants that it will repair or replace (whichever it deems advisable) any product
manufactured and sold by it which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within a period of
one (1) year from the date of original purchase for consumer, commercial or industrial use. Some specific
products may have other warranty terms. These products will have a separate published warranty.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable without Warner
Electric's prior consent.
Warranty service can be obtained in the U.S.A. by returning any defective product, transportation charges
prepaid, to the appropriate Warner Electric factory. Additional warranty information may be obtained by
writing the Distributor Service Department, Warner Electric, 449 Gardner Street, South Beloit, Illinois
61080, or by calling 815-389-3771.
A purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.
If found defective under the terms of this warranty, repair or replacement will be made, without charge,
together with a refund for transportation costs. If found not to be defective, you will be notified and, with
your consent, the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to you at your expense.
This warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage or defect which results from alteration,
accident, neglect, or improper installation, operation, or maintenance. Some states do not allow limitation
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Warner Electric's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective
product and in no event shall Warner Electric be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
of any kind incurred by reason of the manufacture, sale or use of any defective product. Warner Electric
neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to give any other warranty or to assume any other
obligation or liability on its behalf.
WITH RESPECT TO CONSUMER USE OF THE PRODUCT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH
THE CONSUMER MAY HAVE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF
ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASE. WITH RESPECT TO COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USES
OF THE PRODUCT, THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
Changes in Dimensions and Specifications
All dimensions and specifications shown in Warner Electric catalogs are subject to change without notice.
Weights do not include weight of boxing for shipment. Certified prints will be furnished without charge on
request to Warner Electric.

Hydro-Gear Hydro-Gear Warranty Policies and Procedures
Limited Warranty BLN-50225

Revision September, 1995
Hydro-Gear, Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to as Hydro-Gear) warrants to the original-equipment

manufacturer ("O.E.M.") or authorized distributor purchasing a Hydro-Gear product (such purchaser is hereinafter
referred to as "Buyer") that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment from
Hydro-Gear, and will conform to such drawings and specifications as are applicable to the product under Hydro-Gear's
sales agreement with Buyer.
Duration of warranty is as set forth in the section "WARRANTY PERIODS." During the applicable period of warranty,
Hydro-Gear shall repair or replace those products or their parts which are found by Hydro-Gear to be defective in
material or workmanship at time of shipment, provided that Hydro-Gear or its authorized representative is first advised in
writing of Buyer's contention of such defect (during such warranty period) and provided further, that the product or, if
applicable, the part in question is made available for inspection by Hydro-Gear or its authorized representative. To
facilitate inspection, Hydro-Gear may request return of the product and/or part which Buyer contends to be defective.
Product or parts failures or malfunctions which are not attributable to defects in material and/or workmanship, and which
are not covered by the said warranty include, but are not limited to:
* Inadequate, contaminated, or improper fluid.
* Accident, abuse, improper maintenance, or neglect.
* Stripped keyways, or splines stripped or worn on external shaft end.
* Improper mounting of external pulleys, gears, couplings, etc.
* Operating above those speeds, weights limits, pressures, or temperatures recommended by Hydro-Gear.
* Use of the product in a manner or for a purpose not originally intended for by Hydro-Gear.
* Repairs by personnel other than as authorized by Hydro-Gear.
* Use of parts other than Genuine Hydro-Gear Parts in any repairs.
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF AND TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF
LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABlLlTY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Hydro-Gear's liability, whether of warranty, negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the repair or replacement as herein
provided or, at Hydro-Gear's sole option, to a refund of the purchase price. THIS SHALL BE HYDRO-GEAR'S
MAXIMUM LIABILITY AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HYDRO-GEAR BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
If Buyer grants warranty on Hydro-Gear products of greater scope than the warranties provided by Hydro-Gear, or
extends any warranty period beyond the applicable period described in “WARRANTY PERIODS,” Buyer does so at its
sole risk and expense and Buyer will indemnify and hold Hydro-Gear harmless from any claims of any party based on
such greater warranty or period, and any expenses incurred in the defense of such claims. This warranty only applies to
O.E.M.s or authorized distributors, and by its terms does not extend to any person buying the product.

All Models Hydro-Gear Warranty Policies and Procedures
North American Warranty Periods
NOTE: Proof of purchase must be available if requested to assist in determining warranty duration. If not
available upon request the Hydro-Gear Serial Number will determine the warranty duration.
A. APPROVED NON-COMMERClAL APPLICATIONS
The. warranty period shall be limited to:
(i) 24 consecutive months (2 years) from the date of first use of the product, or
(ii) 24 consecutive months (2 years) from the date of original shipment of the product from Hydro-Gear.
B. APPROVED COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS
The warranty period shall be limited to:
(i) 12 consecutive months (1 year) from the date of the first use of the product, or
(ii) 12 consecutive months (1 year) from the date of original shipment of the product from Hydro-Gear,
(iii) 90 days from the first use of the product on Rental applications.
C. PRODUCTS REBUILT BY HYDRO-GEAR

(i) If a product is rebuilt by Hydro-Gear during the original~new product warranty period, warranty on the
rebuilt item shall be as set forth herein and shall continue for the balance of the original warranty period.
(ii) If product is rebuilt by Hydro-Gear after the original product warranty period, warranty on the rebuilt item
shall be 180 days from the date of shipment of that product.
D. HYDRO-GEAR REPLACEMENT PARTS

(i) All parts shall be warranted for 90 days from the date of original shipment of the parts from Hydro-Gear.
E. HYDRO GEAR REPLACEMENT UNITS

(i)All units shall be warranted for 180 days from the day of original shipment of the replacement unit from
Hydro-Gear or until the date of the original product warranty expires.
* Non-commercial - any vehicle not approved for commercial use by Hydro-Gear.
** First use - is considered the date a vehicle or unit is purchased by end user.
Warranty Claims Procedures

A. Claims submitted to Hydro-Gear will require a Hydro-Gear, OEM or OPEl equivalent claim form
.from~he servicing dealer. Dealer Claims must provide all pertinent information typical on OPEl
claim forms, i.e.., owner's name, servicing dealer, Hydro-Gear Serial Numbers, symptoms, repair
date, and type of use, etc..
B. Proof of purchase must be available if requested to assist in determining warranty duration. If not
available upon request the Hydro-Gear Serial Number will determine the warranty duration.
C. Complete Hydro-Gear product Model Number and Serial Number must be provided, or else proof of
purchase document must be submitted with claim.
D. All claims must be filed with Hydro-Gear within 45 days of failure date shown on the claim form.
E. Units are to be returned to Hydro-Gear unless otherwise instructed. Parts need not be returned to
Hydro-Gear unless requested (dealer to hold parts for 90 days).
F. Claim Forms must be returned with the unit to Hydro-Gear.
G. Complete units & requested parts must be shipped Ground Freight Pre-Paid Only.
H. If claim requirements as outlined are not provided, then Hydro-Gear will reserve the right to reduce
the requested claim amount or reject the claim with no allowance for cost recovery.
