COMPLIANCE and MANIFESTATION

COMES NOW, ACCUSED, through undersigned counsel and counsel herself,

unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers: That,

1. On April 12, 2019, the Honorable Court gave an order for the Accused to furnish
the Honorable Court of the Chief or Supervisor or Unit of the National Bureau
of Investigation to whom the court shall order the conduct of the forensic
examination of the Private Complainant’s cellular phone as well as to manifest
before this Honorable Court the specific items or data to be recovered for the
same device;

2. After inquiry and coordination with the National Bureau of Investigation,

Accused would like to inform the Honorable Court that the Order must be
addressed to :

ATTN: Chief, Digital Forensic Division,
NBI Main Office,
Taft Avenue, Ermita, Manila

3. In so far as the items to be extracted, the Accused Manifest all communications

between the Accused and Private Complainant with the Accused allegedly
using the Sun Cellular No. 0922 111 2222 between the years 2009 until last
text or call records, should be extracted as it would be relevant and necessary
to establish what conversation actually transpired between the parties;

4. We submit this compliance and manifestation for the immediate consideration

of the Honorable Court.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Accused prays of this Honorable

Court to take notice of his Compliance and Manifestation
Other reliefs that are just and equitable under the circumstances are likewise
prayed for.
