Project Title: “Active Replication for Web Services”.

Description:

This paper presents a middleware that provides reliable web services using the active replication
technique. The middleware uses a Group Communication protocol to maintain the consistency of the
replicas’ states. Compared with the optimistic active replication protocol, and Time Stamp based
Replication protocol used in this paper reduces the replication overhead for a class of applications.

The project is to protect the Java Byte code by using Obfuscation Techniques from

Overloading unrelated methods, Flattening the package structure and Illegal Identifiers.
