What are the problems you have encountered and how did you resolved them?

1. Service
a. Problem: time pressured tasks, some tasks would require us to finish them immediately
because of deadlines.
Solution: Time management and proper allocation of work within the team.

b. Problem: tasks that are new to everyone, no one knows the process and requirements
Solution: Responsible person is willing to do research to understand the tasks, even
attends seminar for some advice and tips.

2. Customer
a. Problem – documents needed to provide the service will be coming from the clients.
However, they do not provide them ahead of time.
Solution – time management and constant communication with client to provide the
needed documents. Also, advise them that the documents are important in delivering
the service.

b. Problem – irate clients who insist that what they want will be followed even if it is not
correct.
Solution – proper explanation with client of the consequences that might occur if we
follow their suggestions. Showing to them the procedures that we followed in order to
arrive at the result of our service.

3. Employees
a. Problem – tardiness and absences, some employees do not come on time which
compromise the quality of our work. Deadlines are not met because of their absence
Solution – the company has policy on tardiness and absences: 1st offense will give them
verbal warning and 2nd offense will give them memo and will require them to explain.
