Practice makes Perfect

I ́ve learned that practice makes perfect, just like there’s no knowledge that hasn’t been
through experience . When we were little we didn’t know everything, you had to go through
surden situations that my made us realize the good and bad stuff we were doing. Sometimes we
even have to go through more than 1 bad situation or make more than one mistakes to learn.

When I was little I use to see other students being able to talk in front of the classroom and not
get shy or get nervous, and I wished I could do that but for some reason I couldn’t not even if I
tried not to get nervous. Then my mom told me to just practice in front of the mirror and see how
you look, she also told me that they practice a lot. Every time I had to present in front of the class
I would get really nervous before I was even up there, didn’t matter if I had practice days before.
Last year, the end of the first semester of junior year we had to present everything that we
learned, positives and negatives about that semester. I remember that it was my turn to present
and I had actually practice for it and I did bad really bad. I forgot everything, so for next
semester I gave myself lots of positive I practice a da before and I did great, I was so proud of
my work. Practice does make perfect.

I see many doctors that know a lot about medicine but I’m sure that they had to go through a
situation to have all the knowledge they do. I have a cousin that is a dentist and I know they mess
up a lot while cleaning teeth, I remember when she use to tell me how difficult it was but then
she starts doing it more often and now she’s an expert on cleaning teeth now. She didn’t just
know how to be a dentist. You needed practice, experience to become the dentist she is now and
have the knowledge she has about the field in dentistry. My dad was going to be dentist but

because the career was to expense he wasn’t able to finish but he inspired me to not give up on
what I like because every small knowledge I learn will help me in the future with my career.

Also with driving we weren’t born knowing how to drive, you first learn, then practice and with
the knowledge your getting from that, you get experience, you could crash or be in a type of
accident to learn and then know that what you did was wrong. But you need to practice and
knowledge of what your doing to be really good at what you do.
