This refers to the scope of the intended repair and remodelling as requested by PhilPa
under Annex A-1 of the Contract of Agreement.

Your company requested for a LEAP-1B from CFM International twin engine to be
installed on Bowing AX-010712. We are sorry to inform you that this type of engine
cannot be set-up on the said aircraft due to certain incompatibilities which, if you wish
for us to elaborate, we shall do so. As a substitute, we would like to recommend the
Turbine Engine General Electric GE90-115B which is equally efficient as that as
you have requested. Further, this engine has been used by most airline companies all
over the globe either as a primary choice of engine as it has been proven to be, to say
the least, convenient for long haul flights.

Anyhow, your say on the matter is highly requested as soon as possible for us to be
able to install it within a week’s time thereby complying with the timeline we set.
