1. Since February 2017 to till date, Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, as Corporate Talent Acquisition Head
(Assistant General Manager – Human Resources).

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:


 Responsible for Talent Acquisition of API vertical of all locations and all functions.
 Leading a team of 6 people.
 Develop the recruitment strategy.
 To Plan and execute the Talent Acquisition and workforce planning strategies as per the

HR) Responsible for Talent Acquisition of all BU’s and all verticals of Biocon, Majorly Volume hiring,
which is around 95% of total hiring.

 Leading a team of 10 recruiters looking after all BU’s hiring.
 Responsible for Talent Acquisition and workforce planning exercise for all BU’s and managing the
quality, cost effective and timely recruitment.

3. October 2013 to December 2014 , Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd, Global Generics as Manager – HR
(Talent Acquisition)

Responsible for the Talent Acquisition of Global Generics, majorly All Formulations, which is the largest
business of Dr. Reddy's.

Role & Responsibilities:


 Developed the recruitment strategy for Global Generics.
 Forecasting talent requirement, job sourcing channel optimization, comprehensive recruitment
campaign planning, and talent planning for critical areas.
 Partner with senior leadership team to understand the capability gaps and firm up strategies to
bridge those within agreed timelines.
 Proactively create a bench/ internal talent pipeline for critical roles in the organization
 Explore new recruitment sources and ensure recruitment cost is within the annual budget

Key Achievements:
 Successfully partnered with degree and inter colleges to recruit SMTs. This innovative approach
resulted in quick turnaround time. Also created a bench for SMT so that high attrition is taken care
from the beginning itself.
 Created a bench for positions which are required round the year such as machine operators in
manufacturing and Injectable.

Relations (Talent Acquisition)

 To Plan and execute the Talent Acquisition and workforce planning strategies as per the
organization goals and needs so as to attract, hire and on- board best in class talent for meeting
the business growth objectives.
 Responsible for Talent Acquisition and workforce planning exercise for the API & Formulation of
all locations, R&D and Corporate Office and managing the quality, cost effective and timely
recruitment.
 Responsible for Leadership Hiring of all functions.
 To manage all aspects of all elements of the attraction, recruitment and selection process for new
candidates and engage with the business and functional heads to deliver the workforce plan in a
consistent and integrated way and supporting the same with an institutionalized mechanism for
quality recruitment and analytics and strong TAT for recruitments.
 Hands on in hiring, particularly for leadership & critical positions, involved in Full – Cycle
recruitment: pre-screening, interviewing the candidates, inter-group co-ordination for technical

 Designed and implemented training module for MYTP trainees.
 Responsible for Post selection & On - boarding activities of all New MYTP Trainees.

On Boarding:

 Designed and implemented Structured On -Boarding program for all new joiners.
 Designed and implemented Induction & Site visits for all senior level joiners (AGM & above).
