FUTURE PLANS AFTER MY COURSE COMPLETION AND INCENTIVES TO

RETURN Nursing is a noble and altruistic profession which is for those people who are
passionate about health and well-being and enjoy caring for people.. After completing the Post
graduate nursing programme and becoming a registered nurse, I will fully utilize the opportunity
of post study work to gain practical experiences. It will help me a lot to set a career back in my
home country. After that, I will return back to my home country ,Where I can get promotion in
my field From nursing Administration and manager with new post graducate degree and use my
knowledge, training, experience that I have learned to bring at least a small change for uplifting
the health of people ,as well as playing an important role in promoting community health, and
one of the many benefit of studying this course in Canada that I can entitled to make decisions
,educate the patients and help them to realize their health goals by developing Therapeautic
relationships by providing an unrestricted working Model,and to Respect the health care workers
for their services so that I can spot greateful faces Arround me who recognizes my work and
believe in my talent and serve my country. I would be able to set an example to the other health
care professionals,Also I can use this credential to get a better job with even grater salary and
perks .

My country is a developing country and there are wide opportunities in health sectors. They pay
a high salary for Internatinally qualified nurses. So, in upcoming days I can work as a
Managerical level ,Nurse Educator , supervisor, mentor in any reputed Hospitals ,I will get the
opportunity to work as a nursing officer in different NGOs, INGOs easily .Also I will get good
pay scale since I have canadian degree and exposure , It will get increased as I get more
experienced in the future. That way I will be able to recover my study investment shortly.
Besides income, becoming a medical practitioner will also gain me immense prestige in my
community. I also plan to contribute to betterment in the health of the people especially in rural
areas of my country by using the skills that I will have acquired from my study in Canada as they
are still deprived of proper medical care. I am confident that I will get a competitive job here in
India with an Canadian degree. If unable to find a competitive job here in the home country, I
can also apply for an international job based on my degree from Canada . I can apply for the
Nursing job in Gulf countries, as well as European countries where pay is very high for
Registered Nurses. But I will give my first priority to my home country India as it will be easy
for me to work here in India.
I am equally acquainted about the obligations as an international student in Canada. I am the
only Daughter in Law of my family and I carry the responsibility to support and care them in
their old age. Also, their immense love will always pull me back to my native land. I have certain
duties towards my family and society. We Indians follow our every rituals with dedication so in
future I need to be with my family to complete the rituals and ceremonies as I am their their only
Daughetr in Law . Likewise, I need to care after my parents property in the future. Therefore I
would like to assure you that my intention of travelling to Canada is only for quality education. I
will return back to India as a well-educated, experienced and professional nurse.
