Weapons:

Overall change, reduce weight per cpu from 3kg down to 2kg

Rails
This was pretty good before the patch, and now it just 5 shots 90% of the enemy’s you will see in t5,
even the lower tier guns can 10 shot max cpu bots and carry on shooting other people. Reduce damage
per shot by 10-15%

Plasma
I would be tempted to nerf this even more than I say below, possibly even adjusting its energy use or
splash radius. However, even though it effectively nukes anything that isn’t heavy cubes, I don’t want to
see plasma become useless. Reduce damage per hit by 5%

Nano
t2 nano = 116,980 heals per second
t4 nano = 199,643 heals per second
mega smg = 188,987 damage per second
I shouldn’t be able to out heal damage, or for free be able to sustain you. Reduce heal per shot by 10%

Psk
If possible, reduce to 50cpu. No other changes needed

Chains
Reduce energy use per shot by 10-15%

Movements:
Rotors
I would like to see a buff to the carry mass of the larger 2 rotors allowing for larger copters to move
better and maybe diversify the small tx cube copter meta.
T3 to 4000kg from 3800kg
T4 to 5250kg from 4750kg

Rudders
The carry mass for these is abysmal, t5 rudder carries 800kg vs t2 wing carries 3031.9kg
+50% carry mass so that maybe we can see some new cool planes

Sprinters
T3 reduce mass by 5%
T4 reduce mass by 10%

Modules:
Blink
Seem ok right now, but I would still not call it that useful in its current state

EMP
Possible slight reduction of recharge (if possible) to allow for a less punishing wait time if missed

Ghost
This should not be using weapon energy, but I have a feeling that takes code, maybe just reduce the
energy usage instead. Reduce consumption to 650 per second?

WindowMaker
Reduce cpu (if possible), increase duration enemies are spotted

Blocks:
Light Cubes
There currently is 0 reason for anyone to use these blocks ever unless they have spare cpu to fill up.
Health to 1000 from 827

Heavy Cubes
As much as I like these being tanky and good, playing in t2 against full heavy cubes is a nightmare now,
and even for ground bots in t5 they still take a lot of damage. Reduce health per cube to 2550 from
2668
