Overview 概述
Air conditioning condenser is supercooled type, thus improving cooling performance. To enhance defrost performance,
when choose mixing and defrost mode, it is automatically switched to the outer circulation mode. Based on the vehicle speed,
cooling water temperature, and different pressure of air conditioning refrigerant, the condenser fan has two speed control modes -

low and high speed control. The increase of the blower air volume and the improvement of the air mixing capability will improve
cooling and heating performance.
空调冷凝器采用过冷式类型，因此提高了制冷性能。为了有助于除霜性能，选择混合及除霜模式时自动切换到外循

pressure rises, the medium pressure switch is activated and sends signals to the engine control unit. At this moment, radiator fan and
condenser fan keep high speed; it can prevent performance degradation caused by the pressure rises. Also, air conditioning systems will be
protected when abnormal pressure (high/low pressure) occurs.
三元压力开关是在以往的空调两元压力中增加了中压开关,系统压力上升时，中压开关启动并发信号到发动机控制单元。此

时水箱风扇和冷凝风扇为高速状态，由此防止压力上升时引起的性能下降问题。而且可以保护压力（高压/低压）异常时的空调

Ambient light and sunlight sensor 环境光及阳光传感器

Ambient light and sunlight sensor is located in the middle part of decorative cushion on the instrument panel. Ambient light and
sunlight sensor is light energy sensor that measures the heat generated by the sunlight on the vehicle to provide more compensating
parameters for air conditioning control module. Based on the state of the outside light intensity and car air-conditioning demand, in real
time and automatically A/C control module will adjust the air volume and cold / hot air mixing ratio, so that all the passengers can get the

most comfortable feeling.

Air conditioning compressor 空调压缩机
Air conditioning compressor is driven by the compressor clutch pulley driven by the engine crankshaft via the belt. When the
electromagnetic clutch coil is not energized, the compressor pulley rotates freely without driving the compressor shaft; when the voltage is

applied to clutch coil, the clutch plate and hub is pushed to pulley, magnetic force will lock clutch plate and pulley together to drive the
compressor shaft. The compressor has a unique lubrication system. The crankcase liquid inlet discharge is through rotating swash plate,
and this method allows the lubrication of the swash plate bearings.

The rotation will separate the oil. Some of the oil will be separated from the discharged oil through the crankcase liquid inlet, and
flow back into the crankcase. The backflow oil can lubricate compressor mechanism.

Condenser and drying bottles 冷凝器与干燥瓶

The high temperature & high pressure gas refrigerant from the compressor will be cooled down at normal temperature. The cooling
of the condenser relies on traveling wind and forced air volume of the fan. This model uses a parallel flow condenser, combined with
drying bottles together. Undercooling can improve the cooling performance, reducing the amount of refrigerant system needs, and also
reduce number of parts combining with drying bottles. When the system is contaminated, previously drying bottles would be replaced.
But for this model,you can just remove the cap of the lower part of the drying bottle and replace the desiccant.
把来自压缩机的高温高压气体制冷剂在常温下冷却。冷凝器的冷却依靠行驶风与风扇的强制风量。本车型的冷凝器是平行

流式，与干燥瓶结合在一起。通过过冷冷却提高了制冷性能，减少了系统需要的制冷剂量，而且与干燥瓶结合方式减少了部件

数量。系统发生污染时，以往是要更换干燥瓶，但本车型把干燥瓶下端部位的盖分离之后更换干燥剂即可。

Evaporator and the expansion valve 蒸发器与膨胀阀

An expansion valve is connected to an evaporator, and it is installed on one end of the evaporator-- located on the evaporator inlet.
One side of the expansion valve is connected to the air conditioning compressor inlet/exhaust pipe, the other side is connected the
evaporator inlet/exhaust pipe. It will impose limits on high pressure liquid refrigerant in the pipe so that the refrigerant becomes a low
pressure liquid to the evaporator.
膨胀阀与蒸发器相连，安装于蒸发器的一端，位于蒸发器进口，膨胀阀的一侧连接着空调压缩机的进、排气管，一侧连接

- The refrigerant evaporates absorbing heat from the air flow through the evaporator.

- The refrigerant flows into the evaporator in the state of low temperature and low pressure, and leaves the evaporator in the state of
vapor state. When the heat in the air transfers to the evaporator core, the moisture in the air will condense in the outer surface of the
evaporator core and forms water to flow out. A temperature sensor is equipped on the evaporator to prevent freezing. The sensor can

measure the surface temperature of the cooling fin on the evaporator. If its temperature is below 0 ℃, the compressor clutch will not

work. If the temperature is increased to more than 3.5 ℃, the compressor will work again. With automatic temperature control system,
the sensor signal is first transmitted to the air-conditioning modules, and then transferred to an air-conditioning pressure switch by special
line. If the air-conditioning pressure meets the requirements, then a corresponding air conditioning signal to start is transmitted to the

ECU, and the ECU will controls the closure of the compressor clutch.

△ Warning: Must observe the following precautions when checking and maintenance of air conditioning systems, or may
cause vehicle damage and personal injury.
1. The refrigerant’s freezing point is low with strong volatility. And therefore gloves and glasses must be used to prevent

frostbite, blindness and other phenomena in contact with the skin.

制冷剂凝固点低，挥发性强，因此为了防止与接触皮肤时引起皮肤的冻疮、失明等现象，必须使用手套及眼镜。
2. If the refrigerant is splashed into the eyes or contacts with the skin, immediately wash the affected part with water, and must
go to ophthalmology and dermatology clinics. Do not rub eyes by hands or handkerchief.
如果制冷剂溅到眼睛里或与皮肤接触时，应立即用清水冲洗接触部位，而且必须到眼科及皮肤科进行诊疗。不能用
手或手帕搓揉眼睛。
3. Operations with the refrigerant must be conducted at the site of good ventilation. Massive discharge of refrigerant in enclosed
space can cause hypoxia phenomenon.
进行与制冷剂相关操作时，场所必须通风。制冷剂在封闭的场所大量排出，会导致缺氧现象。
4. The permitted discharging amount of refrigerant: 1000ppm (4184mg / m)
制冷剂排出许可量:1000ppm(4184mg/㎡)
5. Excessive discharging amounts can cause heart and cardiovascular system, immune system abnormalities or allergies;
respiratory abnormalities or skin diseases.

6. Operations with the refrigerant, the surrounding environment cannot have moisture, dust and other foreign matters. The
foreign matters flow into the air conditioning system and will be detrimental to the system.

7. Gas leak detector shall be prepared when operating with refrigerants. R-134a refrigerant will produce harmful gases in
contact with hot objects. So pay attention to prevent leakage.
进行与制冷剂相关操作时需要准备气体检漏仪。R-134a制冷剂与高温物体接触时会产生有害气体，因此要注意防止
泄漏。
8. The vehicle air conditioning system must use R-134a refrigerant. If you use other refrigerants, it may have adverse effects on
system components.
本车型空调系统必须使用R-134a制冷剂。如果使用其它制冷剂会对系统部件产生不良影响。
9. R-134a refrigerant and the refrigerant R-12 is not compatible. So the minimal amount cannot be mixed.
R-134a制冷剂与R-12制冷剂不能相容，所以极少的量也不能混合。
10. When conducting the operations with refrigerant, tinder and flammable items shall not be around the vehicle. And the
refrigerant tank may explode when exposed to heat. So pay special attention.
进行与制冷剂相关操作时车辆周围不能有引火物或可以点燃的物品，而且制冷剂罐暴露在热源中会引起爆炸，因此

11. R134a container is of high pressure, which must not be placed in high temperature environments. And to check whether the
storage environment temperature is below 52 ℃.

R134a容器为高压状态，绝对不能放置在高温环境。并且要检查储藏环境温度是否在52℃以下。

12. Dust cover is used to protect the air-conditioning components from waste water, dust, moisture. Dust cover should be
removed before the operation and sealed after the operation.
空调部件为了防止污水、灰尘、水分的流入，一般使用防尘盖。防尘盖应在操作前除去并在操作后密封。
13. Synthetic oil (PAG) refrigeration oil is suitable to R-134a, and it is easier to absorb moisture than R-12, 10 times higher of

the absorption rate than mineral oil (MINERAL) refrigeration oil. Excessive moisture affects compressor lubrication function
and durability.
与R-134a适用的合成油（PAG）冷冻油比R-12更易于吸收水分，吸收率比矿物油（MINERAL）冷冻油高10倍。水

14. The impact of moisture on the air conditioning system is extremely bad. So it is best to avoid the rainy day operations.
湿气对空调系统的影响极坏，因此最好避免雨天操作。
15. Refrigeration oil must be smeared in the O-ring in the reinstallation of air-conditioning systems after disassembly; particularly
for bolted joints, install manually and then use two wrenches to assemble.
空调系统拆卸后再安装时必须在O形密封圈涂冷冻油，特别是螺栓型连接部位先手动安装后再用两把扳手组装。

16. When assemble flange joints, push the pipeline while connecting nut and bolt.

17. In air conditioning installation, using the torque above regulation to assemble or pinching O-ring with excessive force, will
cause refrigerant leaks, and therefore follow the regulations.

18. The hose cannot have distortions.
软管不能有扭曲的现象。
19. Must not separate the air conditioning system before the refrigerant is fully recycled. If the system is separated before
recycling, the refrigerant and the refrigeration oil will be discharged under the influence of the system pressure,
contaminating the surrounding environment.
完全回收制冷剂之前绝不能分离空调系统。如果回收前分离，系统压力的影响下排出制冷剂与冷冻油，将污染周围
环境。
20. To replace the air conditioning parts, when filling refrigerant, refrigeration oil must be added (Model: PAG).
更换空调部件时，在加注制冷剂时必须加冷冻油（型号：PAG）。

The system must be vacuumized after discharging refrigerant. This operation is supposed to exclude the air
and moisture in the system, and it should be started in 15 minutes after all the parts are installed. 系统排出制冷剂后必须抽

1). Confirm if the engine stays in “shut down”.

2). Connect the filling instrument to the compressor contact joint, and close the

6). After 10 minutes, the low pressure detector scale should be higher than

7). Use refrigerant container filling system. 利用制冷剂容器加注系统。

1). Before the valve is connected to the refrigerant container, completely turn
the handle counterclockwise.

1). Remove the connection screw between the blower and the distribution
box, and separate the blower and the distribution box.
拆卸鼓风机箱与分配箱之间的连接螺钉，分离鼓风机箱与分配箱。

2). Remove the screws and clips in the middle of the distribution
box assembly.
拆卸分配箱总成上中间的螺钉与卡扣。

3). Remove the fixing bolts around the evaporator.
拆卸蒸发器周围的固定螺钉。

4). Pull the evaporator away from the heater assembly from the middle part, and remove the evaporator.
