RESUMO

O presente trabalho constitui-se em um levantamento de dados a respeito

da auditoria e consultoria, e tem como objetivo principal analisar o
Comportamento Organizacional, Gestão do Conhecimento e Recrutamento e
Seleção de uma empresa do ramo de hotelaria. Este estudo é de caráter
bibliográfico com abordagem de um estudo de caso em Hotel localizado na
cidade de Ouro Preto-MG.

Busca evidenciar a importância da Auditoria Interna na estrutura

organizacional e nos sistemas de Gestão do Conhecimento e de Recursos
Humanos. Através da auditoria, buscará avaliar a eficiência e eficácia dos
controles internos, permitindo conhecer sobre as áreas examinadas a fim de
oferecer uma consultoria recomendando e sugerindo melhorias em relação aos
problemas detectados através da auditoria realizada na organização.

 ABSTRACT

The present work constitutes a survey of data regarding the audit and
consultancy, and has as main objective to analyze the Organizational Behavior,
Knowledge Management and Recruitment and Selection of a company of the
hotel industry. This study has a bibliographic character with a case study in a
Hotel located in the city of Ouro Preto-MG.

It seeks to highlight the importance of Internal Audit in the organizational

structure and Knowledge Management and Human Resources systems. Through
the audit, it will seek to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal
controls, allowing to know about the areas examined in order to offer advice
recommending and suggesting improvements in relation to the problems
detected through the audit carried out in the organization.
