FINDINGS

 It is found that most of the respondents are aware of the compensation in the

organization and are satisfied with the compensation given to them in the

organization.

 It is found that the policies and procedures are clearly communicate to the employees

which helps the organization to have control over the performance of the employee.

 Most of the respondents are satisfied with the verification process and other benefits

of the organization.

 It is also revealed that most of the respondents are receiving the salary through bank

deposits, and are also satisfied with the allowances they receive.

 It is found that review on the leave record is checked mostly once in six months and

also revealed that the compensation given to the employees for overtime is

satisfactory.

 It is also found that the payroll system helps in reducing absenteeism and help the

organization in motivating the employee to work.

 Overall it is found that most of the employees are satisfied with the payroll system of

the organization.
SUGGESTIONS

 Some of the respondents are not satisfied with the salary pakage given to them, he

organization should try to motivate them by providing other benefits or by increasing

the salary.

 It is suggested that the company should try to communicate the policy and procedure

with all its employees because some of the respondents have no clear idea about it.

 The company should try to satisfy its employees on tax deduction, pf and other

allowance in organization as most of the respondents are not satisfied with it.

 Motivating the employee is one of the best way to encourage him to reach the goal for

that reason the company should try to provide sick or vacation leave in advance.

 It would be good if the company checks the leave record on monthly basis, which

help the organization in reducing absenteeism.

 It is suggested that the company can even try to satisfy its most of the employees by

clearly defining the policy and procedures of payroll system in the company because

second most of the employees are no satisfied with it.


CONCLUSION

Human Resource is the most vital resource for any organization. It is responsible for
each and every decision taken, each and every work done and each and every result.
Employees should be managed properly and motivated by providing best remuneration and
compensation as per the industry standards. The lucrative compensation will also serve the
need for attracting and retaining the best employees.

This presents the summary of the study and survey done in payroll process in Heritage
Food Ltd. conclusion is drawn from the study and survey of the company regarding the
payroll process. No source is good or bad in itself in all circumstances and for all employees.
No single of payroll process can suit all the companies for filling up the posts of different
nature and at different times. Most of the employees were satisfied but changes are required
according to the changing scenario as payroll process has great impact on the working of the
company.
