DO YOU REMEMBER… TIME

Trying to get ready for work the other day, watching the
clock and getting more frustrated by the minute, songs
about time started popping into my head!
“Time keeps on slippin, slippin, slippin into the future” –
Steve Miller Band. “I’m late, I’m late, for a very
important date” – the White Rabbit, Alice In
Wonderland. “Got got got got no time” – the Guess
Who. “Let’s do the time warp again” – Rocky Horror
Picture Show. “Time in a Bottle” – Jim Croce. “Rock
around the Clock” – Bill Hayley. “Does anybody really
know what time it is?” – Chicago. “Feels like the First
Time” – Foreigner. Thank you for taking time with me
to remember and go ahead, “Celebrate Good Times,
come on!” – Kool & the Gang. Enjoy coming up with
some titles of your own – “It’s about time, It’s about
space” – an American fantasy/science-fiction comedy
TV series that aired on CBS for one season of 26
episodes in 1966-1967. The series was created by
Sherwood Schwartz, and used sets, props and
incidental music from Schwartz’s other television series
in production at the time, Gilligan’s Island. Believe in something even if it means sacrificing everything.

HEALING FOODS FROM THE BIBLE (Part 29)
Sardines
Sardines were tested on people ranging in age from 40
to 70. The most striking effect was on the skin of the
face. Within a week their skin became smooth, soft, and
young looking, with a rosy glow. Within a month or so
wrinkles, lines, and age spots began to fade away.
Other areas began to show improvement. Roughened
elbows became smoother and hands became younger
looking.
Other organs were also affected. In older patients with
coronary heart disease and congestive heart failure, the
heart function was clearly improved. Significant effects
were noted with regard to the brain, which also
responded with an increase in mental alertness and
improved memory.
Health & Fitness Sardines are loaded with a nucleic acid called RNA –
