1. What is your primary reason/s for leaving?

I just feel like I already have enough experience and just want to look for better opportunities and new
challenges in work.

2. What was your initial expectation/s before signing up for this job?
Since GL Manila is an accounting firm, I expected that it will be more stressful compare to a private
company, but the good thing was, I really learned a lot.

3. What did you find most satisfying about your job?

The most satisfying was getting an appreciation from your client. It will motivate you more when they
recognized your work.

4. What did you find most frustrating about your job?

The most frustrating was having a massive workload. Especially when it’s year end or during audit
season.
5. Would you consider returning to work here in the future?
Yes. But depends on the opportunity.

6. Would you recommend this company (for employment) to your friends? Why?
Yes. Because despite of limited benefits, they will learn a lot and will gain a priceless experience.
