Re: Demand to Pay Obligation

Dear Sir:

I write on behalf of my client OMNI CHANNEL MARKETING

CONSULTANCY INC, (“OMNI”) in connection with the payment of your existing
obligation for services rendered by OMNI to your corporation during the
preparation for your CEITEX MANILA 2018 (“CEITEX”) event held in SMX
Convention in Nov. 2-4.

On 17 August 2018, CEITEX and OMNI entered into an agreement

regarding an event sponsorship and co-branding execution for the CEITEX
event. A copy of the signed contract is hereto attached as Annex A.

On the same day, OMNI and CEITEX likewise entered into an

engagement agreement stating that, among others, OMNI will provide Sales,
Marketing, Advertising and on-ground Marketing Activation for the CEITEX
Event.

And on 21 September 2018, CEITEX signed a contract with OMNI with

reference to the ABS-CBN Television Ads as part of its services to promote and
advertise the upcoming event to entice more exhibitors, participants,
sponsors and visitors alike. The total value of the TV Ads amounted to
P900,000 which to be paid on THREE (3) equal payments. A copy of the
contract is hereto attached as Annex C.

The first due date was on 12 September 2018 which was paid by
CEITEX. Unfortunately, the subsequent and remaining TWO installments
dated October 13 and November 2 was not paid amounting to P600,000.
Unfortunately, despite repeated demands, you refused and failed and
continuously refuse and fail to pay your obligation.

Accordingly, DEMAND is hereby made upon you to pay the amount of

P819,485.58 within the period of FIVE (5) days from the receipt of this letter,
failing which I will be constrained, to push through with the filing of the case
against you in court to collect the said amount to vindicate my rights which
you blatantly violated cost of which including interest, damages, attorney’s
fees, litigation expenses shall be further charged against you. For your
reference, the latest statement of account is hereto attached as Annex D.

Please give this matter your most preferential attention to avoid

inconvenience, embarrassment, expenses attendant to court litigation.
