AUTHORIZATION LETTER

I, John Alexander B. Apostol, of legal age, single and a resident of Grandville 3, Brgy.
Mansilingan, Bacolod City, do hereby grant full power and authority to Madelyn
V.Albarico, of legal age, married and a resident of Gan Subdivision, Brgy. II, La Carlota
City, to process my application and business registration with the Department of Trade
and Industry, Bacolod City. I hereby authorize Mrs. Madelyn V. Albarico to do all acts
necessary and incidental to the processing and registration of my business permit.
