Con respeto al inglés hablado, en la mayoría de los casos sabemos por el contexto
si es la una de la madrugada o la una de la tarde. Por lo tanto, muchas veces no
hace falta especificar. Para los casos cuando el contexto no está claro, utilizamos:
AM de 00:00 a 11:59
PM de 12:00 a 23:59
De la mañana / tarde
No hay una hora exacta para marcar cuando se empiezan y se terminan estas
partes del día, pero la siguiente tabla te puede servir como guía:

Para decir la hora "en punto" o "sin sobra ni falta", utilizamos la frase "on the
