In module 4: the Challenges of middle and late adolescence, it’s all about the

challenges during adolescence and express your feelings on the expectations of the
important people around. The challenges of late adolescence includes physical,
emotional, social, and mental development. These challenges are a bit difficult for an
adolescent alone to face that’s why the help of our family is a big help to fully overcome
it. These people plays a big role in our life because they are the ones who will let us
execute our hidden knowledge and skills that can help us to accomplish challenges
coming along the way. Encouragement conveys as all that we are human-being are
worthwhile simple because we exist. We really need encouragement in able for us to
accept our changes. As to what challenges you may encounter, always think positive
of your life and accept whatever it is. Even though you are not perfect always
remember that your life greater enterprise in the world. Always be happy because life

In module 5: Coping with Stress in Middle and Late Adolescence, it tackles the
stress and its sources during adolescence and the cause and effect and how will you
handle it. Stress can either be good or bad. Good stress is what keeps us feeling vital,
alive and excited about the day ahead when we have a lot of things to do. On the other
hand, bad stress is what keeps us being anxious and depressed so it will stop us from
completing task that we need to undertake. It is very important that we are good in
handling stress to avoid being involved in mental health problems. The causes and
effect of stress are anxiety, pressure, misery, strain, tension, desperation, panic and
dejection all of this will happen to you if you can’t handle stress. We all know that we
can’t avoid of being stress but there are a lot of thing that can help you to handle it,
understand the causes of stress, analyze your stress factors and write them down,
deal with the stressors and learn to work under pressure or unusual conditions. It is
important that we should know how to hold our stress so that it will not affect in our
health.
In module 6: The power of mind, it all about how will you develop the power of
the mind and understand what are the function of left and right brain that improves
your learning and how will you improve your learnings using them. Our Brain is the
organ in the head that controls functions, movements, sensation and thoughts. It is
responsible for the ability of a person to think and to reason out. Each side of the brain
has different function. People with right brain dominance is said to be intuitive, more
emotional, believers of imagination and fantasies, risk takers, creative and
unpredictable. While people with left brain dominance is said to be analytical, neat,
structured, verbal and good at language. People who knows about it could think of
ways to boost strengths and compensate for weaknesses. Whatever side of your brain
is dominant it is still important that we keep our brain functioning for the advancement
of ourselves, the people around us, and the society. When you learn new things, these
tiny connection in the brain actually multiply and get stronger. The more you challenge
your mind the more you learn and grow.

In module 7: mental health and well- being in middle and late adolescence, it
tackles the concept of mental health and what are the problems of mental health during
adolescence and help you to stay mentally healthy during adolescence. Good mental
health is not simply the absence of diagnosable mental health problems, although
good mental health is likely to help protect against development of many such
problems. Common Mental Health Disorders among Adolescents: Depression,
Anxiety, Psychotic, Eating, Developmental and Behavioral Disorders. Each of the
following is possible if some of us encounter such problems in life that we cannot handle it
properly. All of these can be avoided if we almost put ourselves on having positive mind and
positive perspective in life. Adolescents are willing to take risks in order to gain acceptance
from peers, even if it conflicts with family values. They are highly sensitive to the judgment of
others. Reminders on how we middle and late adolescents being responsible in our own
happiness especially if we encounter big or small problems in life. Seek for help among others
especially to your family when you can’t handle it anymore. We should stay mentally health.
