• Resume editing – Based on the best practices for what makes an MBA resume pop, and most compelling, our team will help you edit your
resume format, organization, and content TO TRULY SHOW OFF YOUR RESULTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS and to best represent
your candidacy and success potential.
• Essay brainstorming and detailed editing – Based on the best practices for writing effective essays and his/her knowledge of which essay
structures have been proven to be most effective, we will work with you to CRAFT MEMORABLE ESSAYS THAT BEST SELL YOUR
CANDIDACY AND BRAND and secure an interview invitation. Unlimited drafts. Line-by-line edits.
• Help you coach and manage your recommenders – We will help you SET UP YOUR RECOMMENDERS FOR SUCCESS by guiding you
through the best practices for writing convincing recommendations that complement your overall application and clearly promote your
skills, ability, and overall candidacy.
• Application form assistance – We will be there to help you ensure that you’re answering each part of the online application well and
USING THE APPLICATION AS A TOOL TO MARKET YOUR CANDIDACY EFFECTIVELY.
• Interview training – Our team will prepare you for your interview by helping you understand what questions MBA programs ask and by
providing live training through mock interview (and feedback) sessions to ensure you CONVERT YOUR INTERVIEW INVITATION INTO
AN ACCEPTANCE LETTER.

All work will be done one-on-one, via phone, Skype, or in-person (if we happen to be located near one
another) and we’ll get to know each other… really well J
• Kickoff Call – To align on your brand, school selection, recommender strategy, logistics on how we work together, and timeline. From that call, I’ll
create a week-by-week plan for us and our working relationship, to ensure we’re on track to submit your applications one time and at the highest
quality.
• Resume editing – Unlimited edits. We’ll use MS Word or Google Docs to make comments and suggest changes. We’ll hold a call whenever you
need clarity on recommendations or have questions.
• Essay brainstorming and detailed editing – Unlimited edits. We’ll start by aligning on your general strategy for each school and essay, and
collaboratively create an outline. Then, we’ll use MS Word or Google Docs where we’ll make comments and suggest changes to your drafts. We’ll
hold a call whenever you need clarity on recommendations or have questions.
• Ongoing support with recommenders – We will coach you through creating your Recommender Packet, how to approach your discussion with
your recommenders to ensure their support, and help you coach your recommenders throughout the process. We’ll also review recommendation
drafts, if your recommenders allow it.
• Application form assistance – While these are typically simple, they do include short essay questions (European schools, especially, tend to ask
more essay-like questions in their application). We’ll review anything you ask us to, and again – unlimited drafts and support.
• Interview training – We’ll start by my coaching you, via phone, on the common questions that MBA programs (including specific programs) typically
ask in their interviews, and how to answer them. Then, we’ll mock interview and feedback sessions (either via Video chat or in-person) as final
prep.
• Anything else you need, including career advice or what to do in the months leading up to business school.
• Celebration – Once you’ve committed to school, when you find yourself in Boston your first beer is on us! J
