of fatal injury to 80 people if the bomb vests are detonated in the urban area while only one
innocent child gets to be saved. Angela Northman had shown in her character to believe that a
morally good action arises from good will and a morally good action defines a good decision.
3) The decision of firing the hellfire missiles to the target location was morally justifiable.
In my own viewpoint, it is unnecessary to save only 1 life by risking the lives of 80 others because
in the worst case scenario, we would end up losing greater number of lives. In the movie, they
were successful in killing the target in exchange to this was innocent civilians ended up being
injured and killed in the collateral damage of the explosion. The most pertinent moral theory in
the movie is Utilitarianism because the satisfaction of many people was fulfilled when they fired
up the hellfire missile destroy the whole house, killing the suicide bombers, including the innocent
