documents issued up to project completion.

2. Worked as Project Documentation Administrator for JGC Gulf International Co. LTD.
for their: 1) SAUDI ARAMCO TANAJIB PETRO CHEMICAL PROJECT; 2) SAUDI ARAMCO
RABIGH PHASE-II Petrochemical Project with the following as my major
responsibilities: Systematic ordering, and proper administration of project drawings
and documents by observing duly approved processes and procedures for receiving,
stamping, recording, filing and distribution in hard and soft copies. In addition, in
charge of the timesheet of employees for manhour spent and overtime all the way
up to project completion.
3. Worked as Technical Documentation Supervisor of the Projects of Tekfen
Construction and Installation Company Inc. for their Saudi Aramco Khurais Water
Injection Project
(Mechanical Erection, Painting and Insulation works). With the following as my
major responsibilities: receiving, scanning, stamping, recording, filing and
distributions of drawings, technical documents, incoming correspondence, data
sheets, site instruction manuals, specifications, plans, method statement,
transmittals and technical queries.
Also in charge of daily manpower and equipment reports for client Saudi Aramco as
well as in charge of the weekly construction and senior managers’ meeting of Saudi
Aramco and Tekfen tasked and obligated to write the minutes of meeting (MOM) up
to project completion.
