SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARIA GLORIA N. LASQUITE, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a

resident of 1166 Purok C, Suaybaguio District, Barangay Magugpo North, Tagum
City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint,
GLORYCEL N. LASQUITE and or VON IVAN MAR N. LASQUITE, both of legal
age, Filipino, single, and residents of 1166 Purok C, Suaybaguio District, Barangay
Magugpo North, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
attorneys-in-fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and deeds:

1. To be the duly authorized person to exercise acts of administration

involving that Yamaha Tricycle with Plate No. QM9294 under Certificate of
Registration (CR) No. 174385820 and Official Receipt (OR) No. 904055154
with Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit (MTOP) No. 3047;

2. To enter into contracts of Conditional Sale, Final Deed of Sale or any other
Document of Transfer or Conveyance involving the above mentioned motor
vehicle;

3. To mortgage and or use as collateral or security in a contract of loan;

4. To claim and receive the proceeds of any transaction involving the

aforesaid motor vehicle;

5. To file and institute cases whether criminal, civil or administrative in nature

involving the above motor vehicle;

6. To represent me in all stages of the aforementioned civil and criminal cases

including the pretrial phase i.e., submit to amicable settlement or to
alternative modes of disputes resolutions, enter into stipulations, admissions
of facts and of documents to avoid unnecessary proof, attend to preliminary
conferences and depositions, and such other processes and proceedings in
relation to the said cases;

7. To represent in any proceeding before the office of the punong barangay or

lupon and such other instrumentalities of the government in the
administrative level and enter into compromise agreements under reasonable
terms and conditions;

8. To represent in the mediation and conciliation proceedings as may

hereinafter be scheduled after the filing of the appropriate cases;

9. To submit, deliver and perform the following:

a) A statement of their willingness to enter into amicable settlement

indicating the desired terms thereof or to submit the case to any of
the alternative modes of dispute resolution;
b) A summary of admitted facts and proposed stipulations of facts;
c) The issues to be tried or resolved;
d) The documents or exhibits to be presented, stating the purposed
thereof (no evidence shall be allowed to be presented and offered
during the trial in support of a party’s evidence in chief other than
those that had been earlier identified and pre-marked during the pre-
trial, except if allowed by the Court for good cause shown);
e) A manifestation of their availed of their intention to avail themselves
of a discovery procedures or referral to commissioners; and

 f) The number and names of the witnesses, the substance of their
testimonies, and the approximate number of hours that will be
required by the parties for the presentation of their respective
witness;

10. To sign and execute verification and certification against forum shopping;

11. To sign, execute, and deliver the necessary documents and perform any
other act whatsoever requisite in furtherance of the foregoing authorities.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that
my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
