 Currently working at Amazon as a Senior Associate, Seller Support India, providing prompt and efficient
service for technical issues to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers’
issue.
 Worked as a member of SPS Ops Excellence team and involved in conducting audits and share the findings
with various stakeholders.
 The audits were conducted based on the data we receive while working with Business Analyst and find out

team.
