Advances in social media technology also allow users to show themselves and
to share their life events with other people through personal messages and
photos. However, although social media helps people to stay updated about
what is going on with their friends’ life events, exposing too much to content that
friends have posted on social media can inevitably trigger people to compare
themselves with their friends, eventually leading to envy. One particular negative
reaction to compare oneself to others is the envious feeling that people develop
when they are exposed to the impressive life experiences of friends they also
expect to have. In the same way, browsing through Twitter and being exposed

the natural spoken language or social media can help people relax or relieve
temporal emotional states (Kim, Park, & Jo, 2014). There are many studies that
support these. It is necessary for people to confront and articulate the emotional

that he or she is doing and in order for them to adjust themselves and to adapt
what is appropriate to post and to share with other people. The effect of receiving

other people. It also helps a person to be more curious on what they are doing

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
This chapter presents the overview method that will be use in this study.
This contains the research design that will arrange the conditions or collections

Research Design
The method used in this research is in the form of case study. The
