Assembly
Bogie:
1. Assemble Guide Wheels by threading M3x8 bolts downward into the Main Bogie.
2. Thread an M3x6 or longer through the Upstop wheel and into the Main bogie’s lower
plate.
3. Thread an M3x10 or longer into the Main Bogie and Road Wheel.
4. Thread an M3x10 or longer through the center hole of the Main bogie and through the
Slewing plate.
Follower:
1. Thread M3x10 Bolts through the Bogie and Follow wheels from the outside. These will
thread into the Bogie Plate without protruding out.
2. Do the same to connect the Rack to the Follow Bogie with the teeth facing in the
direction of travel/
Seats:
1. Align the Pinion (gear) with the seat frame with the two alignment pins and connect with
an M3x6 bolt threaded into the pinion.
2. Align the Seat bottom tilted in the rider’s forward direction with the right angle ridge
aligned with the corner of the seat frame. Push the part back until it clicks into place. It
may be able to vibrate but ensure that shaking the seat frame does not remove the seat
bottom.
3. Attach Left hand and Right hand restraints to the seat back. Be careful as both mounting
points are fragile, once the nubs are seated correctly, the restraint should rotate freely
while staying in place.
4. Slide the seats down onto the seat frame in the slots. Friction will hold them in place.
Chassis:
1. Insert 2 Chain dogs into the chassis spine and secure with a M3x12 bolt with nut.
2. Align the Main Bogie assembly with the Chassis and insert from above an M3x6 bolt and
thread it into the slewing plate. Tight enough to stay aligned but loose enough to allow
free rotation.
3. Insert the seats into the sides of the chassis and ensure that it rotates freely.
4. Hold seats facing directly upwards, this will align the rotation correctly with the follow
rails.
5. Insert the Rack from below into the chassis, meshing with the pinion gear and holding
the seats into the chassis.
6. Ensure that all parts are moving smoothly ensuring that the seats can be rotated by
pressing on the follow bogie.
7. Press the Theming piece onto the chassis
Train Assembly:
1. Attach the Zero Hitch over the Ball end of the First Car.
2. Insert an M3x6 bolt through the Zero Hitch into the Chassis spine.
3. Connect Zero Chassis with 2 Main bogies to Zero Hitch with M3x12 Bolt.
4. Connect additional Cars by locking the Ball into the front of the previous car.
Track:
1. Connect Ties to each other with K’nex Classic Roller Coaster Rails (6.5mm Diameter)
