missing/latest/remaining information from web/newspaper/textbook/company and solve the case by answering the
relevant/linked questions. The case questions may or may-not involve numerical analysis. Course will use several cases
for this purpose.

Students may keep learning diary, to reflect on achieving their own learning objectives OR learning objectives shared
by teacher before each topic.

Selectively, Teacher may ask group/individual to submit Write up/solution.

The student group then present their solution in the class where other student ask them relevant questions or engage in
discussion.

Case Discussion

Course will use several cases. Compared to PBL, here the business cases will be more comprehensive and has all the
information student require. Now, students will use their knowledge of subject they had acquired by textbook reading,
lecture or peer interaction to answer the questions linked to the case.

All students must read case in advance and be prepared to discuss in class. Selectively, Teacher may ask to submit notes
on class discussion on the case.

Case analysis should have an analytical approach rather than descriptive. There should be clear identification of the
actionable problems, situational analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, critical thinking. Analysis should be
based on the concepts and theories of E-commerce. Students will consider and evaluate various alternatives and justify
the choice of one alternative. (See Rubric)
