WEEKLY REPORT

Agency: Palawan Provincial Police Crime Laboratory Office (PPPCLO)

Day 1 – January 8, 2018

 At around 9:15 in the morning, the Intern together with their group was properly deployed by
their Dean Mr. Maphilindo D. Lao to the first agency using the university coaster. The Dean
formally introduced their Intern to the Head of the Agency of Palawan Provincial Police
Crime Laboratory Office (PPPCLO).

 On the afternoon, the Intern was instructed by PO3 Ariel Dagumboy to listen their orientation
about the history of Crime Laboratory and the Intern was accomplished the task.

 At around 5:30 in the afternoon the Intern formally asked permission to the assigned
personnel to leave the office.

Day 2 – January 9, 2018

 The Intern time-in at around 8:00 in the morning, PO3 Ariel Dagumboy was gave an
instruction to all Intern in different University to observed their work in there office and the
Intern accomplished the task.
 On the afternoon around 1:30 pm PO3 Ruby Tamidao was gave an instruction in WPU Intern
to stencil the motorcycle of the client and the WPU Intern was did not accomplished the task.
 At around 5:30 in the afternoon the Intern was formally asked permission to the assigned
personnel to leave the office.

Day 3 – January 10, 2018

 The Intern time-in around 8:00 in the morning and the intern was instructed by PO3 Ariel
Dagumboy to stencil the motorcycle of the client for transportation of the authority and the
intern was accomplished the task given by PO3 Ariel Dagumboy.
 On the afternoon around 2:30 pm the intern was instructed by PO3 Ruby Tamidao to clean
the whole office and the intern accomplished the task.
 At around 5:30 in the afternoon the Intern was formally asked permission to the assigned
personnel to leave the office.
Day 4 – January 11, 2018

 The Intern time-in around 8:00 in the morning, the intern was instructed by PSI Albert Penus
to stencil the 4 wheel vehicle of the client and the intern was did not accomplished the task.
 On the afternoon around 1:30 pm the intern was instructed again by PSI Albert Penus to
examined the different kind of fire arms if they changed the Serial Number of the fire arm
and the intern was successfully accomplished the task.
 Around 5:30 in the afternoon the Intern was formally asked permission to the assigned
personnel to leave the office.

Day 5 – January 12, 2018

 Intern time-in around 8:00 in the morning, and the Intern was instructed by PO1 Ivan Deang
to assist there client in Urine Test and the Intern was accomplished the task.
 On the afternoon the around 4:30 pm the Intern was asked permission to the assigned
personnel to play basketball in the court.
 Around 5:30 in the afternoon the Intern was formally asked permission to the assigned
personnel to leave the office.

Day 6 – January 15, 2018

 Intern time-in around 8:00 in the morning, Intern was instructed by PSI Albert Penus to clean
the whole office and the Intern accomplished the task.
 On the afternoon around 5:30 pm the Intern was formally asked permission to the assigned
personnel to leave the office.

Day 7 – January 16, 2018

 The Intern time-in around 8:00 in the morning
