Important Notice for PWBD candidates to Register themselves for Recruitment
ecruitment Examination to the post of
Nursing Officer for AIIMS

With reference to Advertisement No. 78/2018 dated 27.09.2018 published in leading newspapers and subsequent
Notice No. 82/2018 dated 12.10.2018, Notice No.84/2018 dated 31.10.2018, Notice No.88/2018 dated 16.11.2018
and Notice No.102/2018 dated

Recruitment Examination for the post of Nursing Officer for
AIIMS- Bhopal, Jodhpur, Patna & Raipur. In this regard, aas per order of Hon’ble High Court in the matter W.P.( C )
No. 11456/2018 , CM APPL. 44346/2018,
4346/2018, CM APPL. 29165/2019 dated 17.09.2019 to consider the acid attack
victims under the reserved categories for persons with benchmark disability for the post of Nursing Officer for
AIIMS-Bhopal, Jodhpur, Patna and Raipur.
Accordingly, the Competent Authority has decided to allow all categories of disabilities
disabilities as mentioned in Section
32(1) of PWD Act 2016 including the acid attack victims under the reserved categories to apply for the posts of
Nursing Officer, if eligible, provisionally allowed to appear for Recruitment Examination to the post of Nursing
Officer for AIIMS, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Patna and Raipur.
1. All PWBD candidates with disabilities as mentioned in Section 32(1) of PWD Act 2016, but have not applied
earlier,, in response to the Advertisement No.
No.78/2018 dated 27.09.2018,, can now apply through Online Mode

from 4 October, 2019 to 14 October, October 2019 (upto 5:00 pm.). Such candidates are required to visit
www.aiimsexams.org under Recruitment Tab/ Nursing Officer-2018

2. All PWBD candidates with disabilities as mentioned in Section 32(1) of PWD Act 2016, but had applied
earlier in the PWBD category (OL) in response to the Advertisement No. 78/2018 dated 27.09.2018, due to
non-availability
availability of options other than OL, should now declare their current disability in accordance with the
Section 32(1) of PWD Act 2016. They may update their application details at www.aiimsexams.org under
Recruitment Tab/ Nursing Officer--2018 for AIIMS(Bhopal, Jodhpur, Patna and Raipur). Raipur) Only the PWBD
status box will be active for such candidates. No other entry can be changed. Please use your login
credentials.
3. All those who are applying under the PWBDPWBD category are required to upload a scanned copy (only jpg/jpeg
format) of their Disability Certificates issued by a competent authority at the time of applying / updating their
application form. All candidates are also required to indicate whether they rrequire
equire the facility of a SCRIBE
during the examination. However, the decision regarding this facility shall rest on the screening of the
Disability Certificate by a Medical Board.
4. The eligibility,, qualification, experience etc. will be determined according to the details mentioned in the
advertisement No. 78/2018 dated 27.09.2018. However, if selected, the selection of PWBD candidates will be
subject to the decision of the appropriate Medical Board
