FORWARD
Our blowers are shipped after plant test operations based on JIS B8340 to ensure their operation and
performance to customer’s requirements and standards.
However, the slightest carelessness in installation and maintenance not only causes inferior performance, but
also sometimes leads to an unexpected accident. In order to obtain the best performance of the blower and to
prevent accidents, its structure should be fully understood, and reasonable maintenance, inspection, and repair
should be performed.
Should any trouble occur with the blower, the situation of the trouble, damage, and conditions should be reported
in detail along with the manufacture number (on the name plate).
Addresses of our agents and branches are listed below.

CHAPTER 4 MAINTENANCE
4.3 Lubrication
4. 3.1 General Remarks on Lubrication
1) Lubrication is most important in operation and maintenance of a machine. The durability and maintenance
cost of machines depend greatly on the quality of lubricant even if they are operated in the same conditions.
2) The lubricant used for trial operations should be changed as soon as possible.
3) Prevent dust when changing lubricant. Dust in lubricant causes scars, wear, and overheating of the bearing,
and great care should be taken when the lubricant is changed in a dusty place.
2) It is recommended to check the oil condition 500,100,and 2000 hours after the start of the operations.
Check it every 2000 hours after that.
3) The times of lubricant change and refill given are only for your reference, and the decision should be made on
the advice from the lubricant supplier, or referring to the guide supplied by the lubricant manufacturer.
