Introduction
People live in different lifestyles according to their own choices or circumstances of life.

Some people easily live a happy life with fewer worries and more joys. Some live simple or

hardly live a life with a smaller number of happiness and facing many difficult situations.

There is a need for planning of life duration in the world. This project is based on describing

the well and professional way of planning the life of an individual. The average rate of life is

50, this project is also based on 52 years duration of life. This is the detailed guidance or

setup for living life from 1st June 2019 onward for the next 52 years and how it is be properly

planned on every stage of life from beginning to expiry of life. In other words, what should a

man plan or do from the most encouraging stage of life like young, mature and at old age to

successfully life and achieve the aims of the purpose of life? What a man will sacrifice or

attain at every stage of life as life s the name of giving and receiving something maybe to

other persons or certain situations. When a person effectively builds a life and implement

this plan his or her life then it yields more desired results and user-friendly life. Then people

will not create problems or become causes of problems but influencing and encouraging

others from their balanced life.

completing on the required or settled time. In other words, ensuring that the project is

of his life. So for planning activities on this stage for his existing stage of life is needing to

Project cost
Cost management for a project is that ensuring whether the project is completing or

finishing in the settled or allocated budget. There should be highly concerns of caring

about over budgeting or under budgeting about the project’ activities. There are three

steps involved in cost management as planning, estimating, and budget determination.

Planning
This concept tells about how to set the cost for the activities of the project. These costs

may be as

o Measurement units like studying, work search, marriage expenses, caring children.

Currency used, assumptions for circumstances changes or rise in prices

o Setting cost used on each activity like how an individual person use cost for his

activities

o Accuracy in cost measurement, in this case, it will be a margin of +/-10%

o Performance measurement standards or rules such as how the prices set on each

activity is based on earning and job nature

o Other costs maybe consist of shortcuts or alternative choices for updating the

lifestyle of the family

Cost estimation
Cost estimations are needed approximately at all stages of the project and these

estimations of costs are proceeded according to time passage. For this, there is a need for

meeting old and expert people to take initiatives spending on each activity of the life cycle.

Analogous: use the actual cost of previously established projects as for the effective and

expert way of estimation. In this project, this tool is used as the cost involved from

education to the last two years of the life of Obaid Ali. This cost is based on the previous

cost utilized by people on these activities of life.

Bottom-up: estimate the cost of individual activity and sum them to getting the total cost of

the project. So, what it will be consumed on education (fee), searching job expense,

marriage, and family care charges, children care, old-time and health issues expense.

Modeling: a mathematical model to estimate the costs. An average estimation of costs for

the activities of life.

Budgeting
This process involves the allocation of cost to complete a certain project in proper time.

This cost may be estimated on average consumption cost on life activities. Many types of

research have given this data which can be used for this project.

Project risk
Risk is defined as uncertainty that can have a negative or positive effect on meeting

project objectives. Note that some people only view risks as negative (threats) and call

positive risks opportunities. The main planning processes performed as part of project risk

management are planning risk management, identifying risks, performing a qualitative risk

analysis, performing quantitative risk analysis and planning risk responses.

or service which is created by the project as a part of it. It includes items related to product

and process. Here, in this case, the main aim of establishing a project plan for an individual

person’ life is to effectively live a life with more comfort and sure. This project will result in a

more accurate way of spending life in these types of circumstances in the world.

This task is usually done by a project manager in the organization. This task is stated as

collection, assessment, and communication of what is achieved or what quality level is
